I’m not from this area. Not knowing who to choose for jewelry repairs. I took a chance and stopped into Alexis Diamond House. While there I found myself having a hard time leaving my Jewelry. One their long time customers from this area
reassured me that they would take good care of me. Then one the staff took pictures of my item along with a description of item and gave it to me before l left the store. I now know they are the best at what they do. I am very pleased to say they are very trustworthy. The staff there are extremely helpful with any of customer needs. My fiancé and I got our custom made engagement ring here and the craftsmanship of the ring is exceptional. I get compliments on it everywhere I go! Their customer service is beyond anything I’ve experienced as well. They truly go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and make you feel like a valued customer. Extremely happy with the service here. I expected to have to deal with pushy sales people trying to get me to purchase something out of my budget, but that was not the case at all.
Alex was amazing to work with. I didn’t know too much about diamonds other than what you read online but it’s hard to know what all that jibberish means without actually seeing diamonds. So we started by picking out a band, then started looking at diamonds. I looked through the loop at each one of the diamonds and he explained very thoroughly what the differences were. The best part was he made me feel comfortable with my budget and never even pushed me to buy something out of league.
I can’t forget to note that if I ever want to upgrade my ring, I can take it to Alexis Diamond House and they’ll give me full value. That let’s me know I got a good-​valued ring, whereas most places require you to spend double the purchase price of the original. Can you say 100% markup?
I really couldn’t have asked for a better process. I learned a lot and got the most beautiful ring for my NOW fiancé. I highly recommend this place.
