40-minute wait for a mediocre pizza with the accompaniment of a chorus of screaming children. Unsalted crust, too much cheese, insufficient sauce. Grease levels out of control. Pass.

Really good pizza made with fresh ingredients. Locally run and owned! You can never go wrong with a traditional pepperoni everytime you try a pizza joint out. Then the next visit you can go crazy on toppings just to see what your new favorite pizza will be!

We’ve been to this place several times with our kids and friends. We love it. The ingredients are fresh, pizzas are creative, great decorations & games for kids, and the staff is friendly. Local gem for a relaxed night out.

Eaten here several times and the food and service has been good. Today, 50 minutes and no food. I ordered one slice of pizza!

If I’m craving pizza, I’m going to eat pizza from Laredo Pizza Factory. I really really like their pizza and have ordered to go as well as dined in numerous times. I’ve ordered different specialty pizzas. I think it’s the best pizza place in Laredo because of the varied selection in their specialty pizza items. When I can’t decide which pizza to order I get half of one and half of another. And I always order pepperoni for the kids. My two favorite pizzas are the Chicken Gorgonzola and Samoan. They are AMAZING! The flavor of the pizza dough is pretty good. I didn’t give them 5 stars because their customer service needs a little work for sure. A little more friendliness on their end wouldn’t hurt.

The menu is pretty extensive, and it’s a great place to come in with a family or a group. The pizza was not particularly memorable, but I’d say it’s on par with other national chains. For a $ 1 or $ 2 extra, I’d say come here and support a local business. Oh, and the décor is pretty cool, too! It seems like it’d be a nice setting for a kid’s birthday party.

This is the first place I ever been to that doesn’t serve Fried Pickle chips. No. They have theirs in spears. SOJUICYANDCRUNCHY. Best thing ever and a smart way, because you don’t really find a damn good fried Pickle like this, I would recommend you to try it.(Will post pictures after) I ordered a small 10″ inch Cheese Pizza. By the time I got it… well it’s pretty big, about six slices. Super cheesy and just the right of tomato sauce. The crust of the pizza tastes like New York Pizza, and that my friend, is DELISH. I’ve a pizza lover, not a New Yorker but I’ve eaten a lot, and I mean a lot of pizza in New York. This is the closest thing to it from here. Definitely coming back here but next time, I’m bring all my friends and have a foodie party.

I love the pizza and atmosphere here. It is very fun and positive. The service has also been very friendly as well. The pizza is delicious, but I prefer buying by the slice when possible. The only reason why I took a star away is because it is pretty pricey. I wouldn’t mind buying a whole pizza for the price if it was bigger, but that doesn’t stop me from ordering. I hope that this place becomes more popular. We should show more love to our local businesses instead of eating at the same boring typical pizza place all the time.

The fried pickles are the best in town. I will totally come back for those. The pizza on the other hand was ok. We order the veggie pizza and a Hawaiian one. I think the cheese could be more flavorful and a tad less greasy. Oh and they need to sell beer… Pizza sans beer is not good :(

We waited for over an hour to get our pizzas. Two other tables that came in after us got their food before us. The small pepperoni pizza was cold by the time we got it. The other was ok. We usually go there before our daughter goes into their cheer class, but unfortunately she had to go in without having eaten lunch because the pizza took way too long. It’s unfortunate because the pizza isn’t bad, but will never go there again.

Good pizza. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. The only thing is I wish they put more sauce but I will request next time.

Love the pizza, not the price, but you get what you pay for. The crust is dry, I wish they would brush it with butter or olive oil.

A little pricey but well worth it! Plenty of specialty and they can also take your pizza over to the adjacent Average Joe’s bar if you crave any pizza during happy hour.

I am addicted, which is bad because I’m trying to diet. The sauce is laced with the nectar of gods. The cheese is not skimped upon, and the variety of toppings is impressive. One of the great things about this pizza is that it can be eaten next door at Average Joe’s, and their beer selection is both inexpensive and inexpensive. The designated eating area is well-lit and a great place to gather with friends. The pizza does take a while to be baked, but the quality makes it worthwhile, and I suspect there is a relationship between the absence of a conveyor oven and the taste and texture of this pizza, which is unique in Laredo. The staff is friendly and, most importantly, competent. How many times has an otherwise decent place been ruined here in Laredo because the employees either don’t care or do not understand what they are doing? In my experience, that’s a lot; but this place is run well and that is a testament to the work ethic and morale of that team. That or they are really, REALLY good at faking work ethic and morale, in which case keep it up, because I would be remiss to advise them to change a thing.
