I visited here a few months ago and had the best Brazilian wax ever!!! I know that sounds like an oxymoron but It was painless and I didn’t get any irritation afterwards. Jacqueline was very personable and explained all of the things I shouldn’t do after getting a wax which no one has ever told me (and I’ve had waxes done at Red Door and the Ritz). I’m now a client for life!

I just called to make an appointment and doubt that I will ever try calling again. I understand that it is lunch time, but the girl (who sounds like she was 12 and barely audible) was jammin’ to music and did not feel that it would be a bright idea to turn down the beats a little while taking a call.
Ok, fine, Im cool, I get it, its lunch time.
I proceed to ask if there was any availability today, she said no. I said ok, how about tomorrow, perhaps around 11 am, she says NO.
See, this is the part where I knew it was about to go left ~ how about you offer some times when there is an availability? How about I’m sorry, but we do have an availability at _​_​_​_​_​_​. Give me something to work with. I should not have to pull teeth to find out what kind of availability a business has. Work on your customer service/​phone skills.
You want to bring clients in, not turn them away.

I visited Jacqueline’s Skin Studio for the first time today and it was wonderful! The store was clean and bright. She explained everything before she did it. She was a joy to talk to! The experience was so great. She makes sure you are comfortable. I definitely plan on going back to her. Parking was super easy, there is a parking lot right in front. Would absolutely recommend. I cannot say enough great things about the whole experience.

Jacqueline was great! She squeezed me in at the end of the day before the weekend. It was an all around great experience. I received a waxing and she was fast and accurate. I’m new to the neighborhood so it’s great to know I can get my waxing done in a great spot.

I visited Jacqueline’s Skin Studio for the first time recently and I could not have been happier with the service and treatments. The whole experience was enjoyable, beginning with the online reservation system. It makes it so easy to plan your appointment no matter what time of the day or night it is!
Parking was no issue, I parked on the street (for free) right by the salon. Jacqueline greeted me at the door and I felt welcomed and relaxed before I even crossed the threshold!
Jacqueline sculpted and tinted my eyebrows and she did a great job. The treatment was painless and the results are fantastic. I plan to return to Jacqueline for all my beauty needs, she’s certainly going to be seeing me regularly!
I honestly cannot recommend Jacqueline enough. If you’re in the area, you need to stop by Jacqueline’s Skin Studio. If you’re not in the area, the salon is only minutes from I-​95 so make an appointment anyway! You won’t be disappointed.

Jacqueline’s skin studio is amazing. She’s done wonders with my very shapeless brows. I’ve also had a Brazilian wax, which was painless and quick! The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable and extremely welcoming. Jacqueline (the owner) is down to earth and a pleasure to chat with. Its an epitome of what a girls Saturday should be.

I’ve been in Jacqueline’s Skin Studio 2 days ago for the first time and she is AMAZING! She done my whole legs and Brazilian and I didn’t feel any pain! Also she is so kind and nice person. I love the way she work and I like her salon.

I have been going to Jacqueline for a number of years now for brow sculpting, even following her from place to place. She is the best and I routinely am complemented on my eyebrows… no kidding. Now that she has her own place I was happy to try a facial and it was equally excellent. I highly recommend Jacqueline and her services!

I drove by this little white house twice and read on a window Jacqueline’s Skin Studio. I figured hmmm let me stop by and see. I am quite spoiled when it comes to facials and I normally go to Manhattan’s Jerardine’s Spa on 60 and Madison. I knocked on the door and the Lady who owns the place received me and gave me a brochure we chatted for a few minutes and when I left, I was quite surprise of the serenity and the elegantly decorated small yet spacious place. I made an appointment and today at 10 am got my facial, while she was preparing the room her adorable I assume 12 year old daughter offered me some green and Jasmine decaf tea from a local tea house I know very well, R Café & Tea Boutique in New Rochelle anyhow the fascial WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I got the stem cell facial and worth every penny.
I enjoy supporting small businesses specially when their owner are pleasant and will go the extra mile for you. This place is a must go.
