I had a major problem with a manager at another location so I call this location to find out how to file a complaint with the corporate office. The guy was really busy with other customers and said he would call me right back. Instead of calling me back, he called the manager at the other location, whom I wanted to file a complaint about, and that manager called me on my cell phone. When I originally told the first guy about the unfortunate situation with the other manager I was rather specific about not wanting to deal with the other location’s manager, yet he didn’t call me back and gave my number to the other manager anyways. Ridiculous and unacceptable behavior! I’m done with all Wild Bill Tobacco locations.
