John D. is really KRISHNA BHAGAVAN of Chicago is a scam artist that tried to get his job done for free. He had water caused by a leaking fridge that he let sit for over a year. We fix the floors like promised. He was happy and paid us the remaining balance because that is how we take payments down payment first then you dont the remain balance until you are happy with job. He paid use upon completion with a check. A day later he complained the job wasn’t completed and he wanted his floor sanded down as well we explained it would be extra and he then complained that is what he paid for we told him no that he paid for a repair job not floor refinishing job and that would be extra. He refused and then called his credit card company telling them we never did any work at all in his home. Please beware of Mr. Bhagvan.
