Worse Pizza Hut EVER! Takes an hour even though we live 5 minutes down the street! When we got the pizza it was uncooked and cold and it wasn’t even what I asked for. Even our cookie wasn’t done. Waking up this morning with the worse upset stomach. Never order from this place!!! Don’t give them your money!

Last evening at 7:00 I ordered a large pan supreme pizza online. First time I’ve ordered online here and first time in several years I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it didn’t have the green peppers and onions it should have on it because they ran out of theses items. What?! A pizza restaurant doesn’t have vegetables to put on their pizzas at 7:00PM?! This «supreme» pizza had a little pepperoni, a little sausage and very few mushrooms on it. «Sorry». Said the clerk. It will be several more years before I order another pizza from Pizza Hut.

This is my second time complaining about this within a month restaurant. As always they are 2 hours plus late and I am now on hold for thirty minutes waiting for the reason why? Not to mention the first time I called I was hung up on College park pizza hut is the worst. The most disrespectful people work there why do I have to wait this long. I love pizza hut pizza I literally order pizza from everywhere Louisiana, Maryland, new York and Washington dc but this one is so terrible. I will be posting the same review everywhere because people need to know what to expect when ordering. Management also has not control over the employees!!!

I ordered 24 wings and breadsticks from this location tonight. From the time Ania answered the phone I knew my customer service experience was going to be awful. She answered the phone obviously eating, and rushing to get me off the phone. Several times before I could complete my order she interjected my total, as if I was done placing my order. Upon arrival 30 minutes later to pick up my order, as I was instructed my order would be ready by then, she took my money immediately and I stepped to the side in preparation for my order being brought out. Ania continued to answer the phone and take other orders, deal with walk in orders, close checks of people who placed phone orders and picked up, and restock wing sauce. After me standing at the counter for 30 minutes she asked my name and what I was waiting for. She went to the warmer and immediately pulled out my order ice cold, as it had been ready before I arrived and the entire 30 minutes I stood there. Talk about horrific customer service. Had she been attentive to her customers and not busy rushing people in and out or off the phone maybe the follow through would have enabled her to get me my order in a timely fashion while still hot. I think I’m officially done with pizza hut due to this experience. I spend money for good food and pleasant customer service. Ania provided nothing close to pleasant customer service. Pizza Hut do better with those you have representing you both on the phone and in the stores!

Ordered online and waited two hours for 2 medium pizza and 8 wings to be delivered. The pizza arrived dry and tasteless and the wings were burnt and inedible. I don’t think I will be eating Pizza Hut ever again.

Everyone here is fired. This location is a fucking disgrace
This location loses money every day it stays open due to the employees AND management’s inability to fucking work at Pizza Hut. Why Pizza Hut still employs these life failures is so beyond me, because they have no remorse for how shitty they navigate their extremely simple job. Fucking disgraceful

The first time I had ordered, delivery was 60 minutes which is the usual wait time and I was fine that. The second time delivery was over 2 hours which had me like wtf! Yeah, do not order from this location based on longer wait time.

Like many of the other posters, I ordered online and received an estimated delivery of over 2 hours (we live 10 minutes away). When I tried to call the store to cancel my order, I was hung up on immediately (it sounded like somebody took the time to take the phone off the receiver and then just hang up). After 15 minutes, I began calling the national customer service number, who answered after 5 minutes, but were also unable to contact the store. I will never order online from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was so greasy. I have added a picture of what my pizza looked like. I’ll never go to this place again!

The bread sticks at Pizza Hut use to be epic. I stopped in for some bread sticks the other day and they were terrible. It was the driest most tasteless piece of bread in the world. The communion bread at church has more texture. I wouldn’t even put that sauce on spaghetti. I’m talking terrible, but my service was good, lots of hard working people running around.

Terrible customer service. Ordered online told me over 3 hrs for delivery, then tried calling nobody would pick up the phone. Finally got hold of someone they said there was nothing they could they are short delivery drivers.

I have no idea why I was craving pepperoni with bell peppers, and pizza hut most of all. Anywho, I kept it simple and ordered onine. I went to pick it up and the cashier seemed a bit out of it, especially when he asked if I paid already. Being a good samaritan I told him no. He almost charged me $ 800 instead of $ 8, but we got everything squared away at the end. The pizza… oh yeah, it was piping hot and tasty! Served its purpose!

Tried to order online at 730 pm tonight and the estimated delivery time was 1045pm!!! so I called the store to find out if that was a mistake and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up.

While pizza hut have great pizza this place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered a pizza and it never came. I had several bad experience with this location.

I put in an order the other day at 7pm online and the estimated delivery time was 12am. SMH.
I didn’t realize this was the same place I ordered from in the pass where we ordered around 8pm and it didn’t come until after midnight. When we tried to call to check on the pizza no one picked up the phone or called back. When the guy got there we were all sleep. It was crazy!
Never order from this place… NEVER!

Always fresh and hot ingredients! Got a personal pan pizza to go with my «free frappé!»
