I have to amend my review of ANDY OnCall. After doing some outstanding work on my house for a few years, for some reason, something has changed with ANDY OnCall in the Fall of 2013, and no one calls back to schedule an appointment to look at your job, or even call back to explain why not.
Their central phone number is answered by a surly receptionist «Janet» who takes your information and tell you someone will call back. But no one calls ~ ever. Emails aren’t responded to either.
That leaves me pondering why a company advertises its services, then doesn’t even call the potential customers.
Whatever ~ even good companies go down hill sometimes, and this looks like one of those times.
