Whataburger

Here it is 12 am and the staff are running around like a chicken with the head chopped off. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a chocolate shake which Mike over charges me. I notify him he says he didn’t: shows him receipt; he replies «oh I did» takes my small instead of giving my money and just gave me a large! Ok? it took them 25 minutes! To make my sausage biscuits! I use to like this location but this current supervisor cannot supervise. And oh I received a free apple pie! Biiihhhh! Get my sausage biscuits and one of the eggs was half cooked dripping yolk

This is such a terrible representation of «fast food». I waited over 15 min for a take out order of burger and fries after I inquired about my meal half way through the wait. There were 3 other customers waiting over 10 min for their orders as well, even though there was no line and the place wasn’t even busy. The food was good, but the workers need better training on being fast and correct on all orders. The employees were just walking around slowly not paying much attention to the job they are getting paid for. Ridiculous.

This is one of my favorite places to go eat out. I usually don’t have any problems here. But tonight something interesting happened. I went up to the counter to place my order, and the manager was there in the front. I thought he was going to take my order immediately, but he said it was going to be «a few minutes.» He goes to the back and disappears. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting for someone to take my order.
I’m usually a very patient person, but even this was pushing it. Finally, one of the employees in the back came to the front and took my order. After finding out that no one was helping me after almost half an hour of waiting, he gave me a free meal, on the house. I ended up getting a patty melt meal, and it was well worth the wait.
I was very disappointed that the manager was the least productive team member that night. He seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He was poorly trained and not prepared to handle the responsibilities of being a manager. But I applaud the efforts of the employees, because they took charge of the problem. The manager gets one star, while the rest of the employees get five stars. So it averages out to three stars.
I’ll definitely come back to this place, knowing that I can depend on the employees to get the job done.

I have a special place in my heart for Whataburger. I can get a Whataburger with bacon and be as happy as a deer tick on a bull (quote from Hollis on Scandal).
This is my favorite location. Why five stars? Because it’s fast food done right. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and the onion rings will make a grown man cry because they’re so good.
This may sound crazy but I love the fact that the lettuce and tomatoes are not old and stale looking. You actually get a tall, Texas-​sized burger. I’m surprisingly watching my weight so I don’t do sides often but when I do, I go with the onion rings.
This one is near a Walmart and a lot of trucks stop to rest there so the busyness could be another factor as to why they’re so darn good.

This Whataburger sucks. I ordered a kids meal which took them 10 minutes to provide. They didn’t include the toy. I asked for light ice in the drink which they STILL got wrong! When I proceeded to take the ice out I found black particles in my cup… worst Whataburger experience ever

Good place to eat. The spicy ketchup is a good option. I ate the A1 thick and hardy burger and I recommend it.

It’s a solid Whataburger, clean, convenient in and out location. Everyone is friendly and you can expect this to be as good as any other Whataburger.

Very clean location service is excellent. One of the better locations. Ive been to a few Whataburger locations and they have not been to clean or the service was bad. This one is better managed and the food came out with hot with excellent service
