I’ve been shopping at this place for years and have always been happy. But yesterday I went in to get a couple pairs of pants and the salesman who was on alone first thing in the morning really went above and beyond for me.
He went to find a size in the back that was not out front, which was a big help. But the kicker was when we were checking out out and he said «wait a minute» and walked over to the clearance rack. He grabbed a pair of pants and said, «I’ve also got these for just $ 6 if you’re interested.» Well, pants have to be pretty horrible to not be worth $ 6, so I took them. But more than that, I was just amazed that he thought about it and asked. It’s the kind of service you just don’t get often enough these days. They already had me.
Now they’ve guaranteed I’ll go out of my way to get there if there’s a chance they may have what I’m looking for.
