I wanted to brew for the first time and Dylan got my friend and I all set up. We started with a kit to make things easy, but we will definitely be coming back for the next brew to start experimenting!

Dylan, the owner of the bearded Brewer is probably the most beer knowledgeable person I know. I think there’s a good chance that he really does know everything about beer. Dylan is also one of the most friendly and patient people you will ever meet. I walked into the bearded Brewer to learn about brewing about 9 months ago and he was extremely helpful and courteous and took his time explaining the different options for equipment and brewing techniques etc. I have now been back to the bearded Brewer probably 30 times and each time I’ve been very happy with my service and products. The shop has a great selection of brewing ingredients and products and will special order you many other things if needed. I would give The bearded Brewer 10 stars if possible.

My husband has a co worker who is an avid Brewer and highly recommended store. Store was very well kept, all the necessary equipment plus all the specialty stuff. Owner was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent hop recommendation for dry hopping an existing beer. Usually my husband shops online for ingredients, now we will be making monthly trips. Prices are on par with online, but you don’t get the knowledge from face to face purchasing. Always a good thing to support your local hobby store. Highly recommend this store.

What can I say. They have everything you need to homebrew all types and styles of beer. from simple starter kits with all the equipment you need in a box all the way up to advanced commercial equipment. Everyone there is very nice and very helpful. The knowledge of beer they have is extraordinary from how to write your own recipes down to just plain knowing the science of every aspect of beer making from the water that you start with all the way to your finished product. I don’t know why anyone would buy anything online with a great retail store like this in town. If you’re thinking about starting brewing or you already brew this is the place to go.

A friend and I needed some last minute supplies and ingredients for our home brew and came here on a recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised with how helpful and knowledgable they were. Pricing was great and the convinence was even better. We made a Belgian Saison and it came out at 9.4%abv and super tasty! Thanks Bearded Brewer!

Bearded brewer is a bit of a redundant name isn’t it? But I digress.
Every time I have gone in the staff is super helpful, always have what I need ingredient and hardware wise but the best part is the instant gratification. No more waiting for a shipment from an online store, or paying a minimum shipping fee when all you need is a simple 2oz bag of hops that you forgot for your recipe. And best of all their pricing is very very competitive. If you really think you’ll save money by ordering online as opposed to shopping locally you’ll be surprised. So long as this place is open, they’ll have a loyal customer.

This is exactly what we need in town — a place to go and get everything you need without having to wait for shipping. The prices are comparable to what I would find online, but with the bonus of having a brewing enthusiast on hand to give me advice on what would work best as a new home brewer. Having this shop has been a saving grace as well when I have forgotten a key component for a batch, and need something ASAP. I’ve been here for supplies several times, and plan to continue coming back again.

The Bearded Brewer is the greatest! I have been a Home Brewer for 23 years, and this is the best supply shop the valley has ever had. There were two others when I first stared brewing and neither were as good as Dillon’s Bearded Brewer! His place is impeccably clean and organized. He can also get you what ever you need if he doesn’t have it stocked. He stocks quality brew kits with a wide selection of styles. I have been to a dozen brew shops in the L.A. And O.C. Area and the Bearded Brewer is the best. We all need to support our local brewing supply shop!

Im new to home brewing and this place got me started. At first i was intimidated by home brewing but the staff at bearded brewer is so friendly and knowledgeable i was brewing in no time. In fact im already a week into my second beer. This is a place i keep returning to because i feel like they truly appreciate my business and the knowledge you gain with every stop makes it very worth while.

This is a great little place! He does have a lot for beer and wine and if you ask for it, he gets it. Good prices too. We are spending money there quite a bit!
