Great service at this place delicious food and decent salad bar with flat screen TVs well done

Only ruby’s I go to. Bartenders are always friendly and give quick and perfect service. Kierstin is also the bees knees. Girls quick with the bottle and looks damn good pouring them drinks

I will be completely honest and start by saying I haven’t been to this location in months but I think people should know about our experience.. .
My husband and I have had some absolutely wonderful experiences at this location. We used to go in about once every 2 weeks and would spend anywhere from $ 40 — $ 100 each visit. (Ruby Tuesday has GREAT coupons!)
Every year we get a ton of gift cards for christmas because our family knows how often we eat here. One visit we went to use a gift card that we knew had a balance on it and it was declined for some reason. Our waitress took the card to the general manager and explained what happened and he refused to do anything to remedy the situation. We had a receipt for the last time we used it to prove that there should be a $ 15.45 balance. When we asked to speak with him directly he said he was too busy to come talk to us. We had a waitress that we always asked for and she told us that she explained to him that we were regular customers who had never complained before. She even gave us her personal number to see if the situation could be investigated further but he refused.
Like I said, we loved this location and would go about twice a month and we will not return because the GENERAL manager (one who should be concerned about keeping business) decided that $ 15.45 was not worth our continued business.
We have always be treated with kindness by the waitstaff here and whoever is doing their hiring is great but its a shame that the management isn’t as kind to the guests as the servers!

This was the worst service that I have ever had. I did not leave a tip since they totally forgot my order and I received my food at least 20 minutes after everyone at the table. The restaurant was so cold that I had to wear my outside over coat. I am sure that I will never go to a Ruby Tuesday again!!!

My husband and I eat at this Ruby Tuesday quite often. The service is typically good and the wait staff knowledgeable. We especially enjoy the fish dishes. The «free» biscuits served with every meal are a lot smaller than they used to be but still tasty. They take a limited number of reservations and call ahead seating is available.

Great hamburgers. Very good for a chain restaurant. Service was good. Everyone I ate with enjoyed their food — salads, steaks, & burgers.

Food in most Ruby Tuesday’s is consistently good. Today was no exception. Service, I’ve had the most understanding and nicest waiters I’ve met in chain restaurants. Today was no exception our waiter was amazing, but ran into an arrogant, condescending waiter next to our table. He’s name is Will, so if you ever get served by him, don’t be deceived my his fake smile and attitude. Don’t leave him a tip.

Had a late lunch/​early dinner here while at the nearby outlets. We had a large party but we were able to be accommodated quickly. Most of us ordered burgers accompanied by the salad bar. Everything on the bar was very fresh and empty items were being filled as we served ourselves. I am typically a fan of the salad bar at most Ruby’s locations and this one was no exception. I decided to order one of the new pretzel burgers and was happy I did. The burger was cooked medium as I requested and the toppings and pretzel bun were delicious. Accompanying fries were crispy and hot.
Service was very good. Our server was extremely friendly and provided us pitchers for soda refills which we appreciated. There were a few mix ups with entrees but I think this was the fault of the kitchen and everything was rectified quickly.
Overall, a pleasant experience after a day of shopping.

Just OK. I’d never been to a Rudy Tuesday’s before. My tilapia was just OK, the salad bar was pretty mainstream. My mom’s chicken was good but her side of green beans was raw. They were really nice about fixing it. Just OK, servicable food

Great food and service. Really like the Spaghetti Squash Marinara.

There’s nothing wrong with this place. It’s a decent place, and if you just want a place that you’re comfortable with where you know what to expect, then you can’t really go wrong. I had a chicken dish the first night, with some really great onion rings, and the second visit I had a grilled chicken salad. I was satisfied each time, and the price was fair. I’m not saying it’s the greatest thing ever, but it’s just fine.

This Ruby Tuesday seemed okay but in Lancaster, it is overshadowed by far better choices. When in Lancaster, wouldn’t you rather have some fine Pennsylvania Dutch cooking instead? Anyway, this Ruby Tuesday is in a strip mall on US-​30 eastbound but westbound access can be had via a traffic light at the outlet mall entrance. The salad bar was fairly standard for the chain but I noticed that the menu excluded the mini sandwiches and salad bar combos at dinnertime. These are available at other Ruby Tuesday restaurants, so why not here? Aside from that minor issue, I saw no other problems here, although I really only tried the salad bar on this visit.

Ate lunch here recently and had a good experience. The salad bar looked nice and fresh. Ruby Tuesdays has been trying hard these past few years to improve the food in terms of quality and presentation, and they’re doing much better. We enjoyed our lunch entrees. My only complaint would be the house salad — although the dressing on it was good, the salad consisted of lettuce, croutons, and shredded parm cheese only. If you want a better salad, spend the $ 2 and get the salad bar.

WARNING — AWFUL!!! I only give this 2 stars because the manager refunded our meal. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and were only seated because we pointed out to the staff that one entire section was empty: «Oh, ok… follow me please.» We ordered chocolate milk for one of the kids and he took a sip and almost vomited — IT WAS SOUR MILK!!! We all tasted to confirm and it was definitely spoiled. The kid lost his appetite but we all ordered anyway. Tables seated after us were eating and after 35 minutes, our food came. We had to send a child’s steak back 2 times because we asked for it to be medium and it came back burned with the consitency of a hard rubber tire. The dishes were also dirty and you could feel the grease on the bottom of them if you moved your plate. The waitress was embarassed… the manager came over to apologize and explained «Sorry, we were just off and I admit it» (whatever that means). He ended up comping our meal (which 2 of us didn’t eat), dessert and giving us a $ 25 gift certificate to try them again. We were grateful… we just wanted to get out. I’m confident we WON’T BE using that gift certificate.
