The plumber did not show for the first appointment I scheduled for an estimate. After complaining, Dave the owner, apologized and assured me that he would be there personally if I rescheduled. I rescheduled the appointment and he did not show. This company has demonstrated poor customer service and unreliability. I would not use them.
