Have been in this store twice hopeful to find what I needed without guessing with an online purchase. Both times I have had my three children with me. Each time, my children were well behaved, playing with the foot measuring device quietly while I browsed. The employees walked right passed me without a word of acknowledgement. Really disappointing. I’ll risk an online purchase not being right in place of dealing with people like that any day. Their lose.

I will not spend another penny in this store. Clerks are degrading and they have treated me like dirt one too many times. Returned a pair of Uggs last year and clerk spent 10 minutes scrutinizing the boots when I told her they weren’t worn. She replied with a smart remark and at that moment, I decided they would get no more of my money. Shop elsewhere.
