Had an wedding band resized and soldered. Dropped ring on rug inside home and soldering broke loose. How does that happen? Oh yeah, poor shotty work. Didn’t honor warranty without physical receipt. By the time we found it, it was past due. Service was extremely poor and lacking when we finally were helped. Never again!

My fiancé and I went looking for our wedding bands today and decided to stop in. There was one other customer in the store with 4 sales people no one even came over in 5 minutes of waiting… Guess this store doesn’t like money.

As mentioned in the other review customer service at this location is horrible. The only reason we have gone there is to get a ring we purchased at another location sized. They returned the ring with a diamond missing. We wanted that fixed and all of a sudden they started demanding a copy of the warranty. FYI when you purchase a warranty your info is stored in their national database. We asked the clerk to look it up because the other time when we sized the ring that clerk looked it up. This clerk replied that we need a copy of the paperwork since we purchased the ring at another Kay’s location. She followed it with stating she was doing us a favor by repairing it. Well she didn’t go us a favor when they lost the diamond for my ring at her store. Shop elsewhere!
