The only thing worse than the employee attitudes are the prices; it’s $ 140 to fix a screen. There are other kiosks in the mall – hell, even in the same WING of the mall, who can fix screens for almost half that price. Seriously, just shop around – it’ll save you a lot of time and money. When they handed me the phone back, I turned it on and there were little white lines all over the screen. The girl working there acknowledged the problem and said to come back the next day to fix it. When I asked if they could undo their work so I could go elsewhere, she said there’s a $ 25 service charge… now why in the muggy hell should I pay at all for a place to undo their shoddy work? Billions of places in Lancaster repair screens, so this shady kiosk should not be on your radar if you’re in such need.
