Five Guys

A long time ago (not in a galaxy far, far away) I went to this Five Guys. They had only been open a few months. My experience was terrible. Bad food, bad customer service — I was not a happy eater. Especially compared to the good food I’ve had at other Five Guys.
So tonight my wife and I stopped by the Centerville Rd location again. I actually ordered the wrong burger but made a very «happy mistake.» I thought I was ordering your basic bacon cheeseburger (with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, mayo, ketchup, mustard) — the kind dad used to grill. What I got was an «All The Way» bacon cheeseburger (I know this from reading my reciept). It was AMAZING. Look it up. If «Apple» made a burger, this would be it. I’m in heaven.
So, the fries were super too. A little extra crunchy. Mnmmmm (your mouth is watering, right?).
Malik is the guy who took care of us and he treated us like we were special guests. Super friendly nice guy who even brought our food to the table. Thanks!

Lousy service. Loud, unprofessional staff who do more talking than cooking over the grill. I’ll trek over to the Fruitville Pike location from now on, where my time and money are valued by folks who know something about good customer service.

A very clean place to eat. Fast service and good burgers. I have no complaints. I usually need a nap after I eat a burger and fries here because I am soo full! Hehe.

Great burgers. Always fresh. ordering with their app is so easy. This store is awesome, went to pickup food and had kids with me, they volunteered to drop off at car outside! Can’t get better customer service

Your standard Five Guys. The dining room in this location is slightly larger than the one on Fruitville Pike. The food is identical and the service is, as with most FG locations, very good. If you want to get your fast food burger on, this is a great place to go.

had a burger craving on sunday and stopped in at five guys. arrived right around noon and had a very minimal wait and our food was ready in about 5 minutes. little cheeseburger was great and DH loved his bacon cheeseburger. their fries are handcut and crispy. i would recommend this location!

Sometimes you just need a big greasy burger and this is one of the first places my wife and I think of when that mood strikes. Ordering 1 large order of fries is enough for me, my wife and my son to split. Just remember, if you order the a burger or cheese burger it’s 2 patties you have to order the «little» burger if you only want 1 patty.

We are from the west coast and its great to get these here also.

On a weekday they are fine. Everyone loves the fries but I think they’re too soft. I eat them and like the flavor but I would like to see a crispier outside. my biggest problem is the weekend crew. They are unsupervised and sometimes forgetful or inattentive in their assembly of the burgers. Smashed buns and wet, sloppy amounts of condiments for instance. If they just would stop smashing the bread the food would be so much better!
