In LA county it is to say not easy to get a building permit. As a homeowner builder, we were told it was near impossible. So how do you thank someone who went not the extra mile more like 100 miles to get our building permit for our home. I guess this way to tell of Jim and Jose being there every step of the way until the end to make sure we got it. We definitely were not his richest or biggest, but he acted like we were. THERE ARE STILL GOOD GUYS AROUND I found one here my family can not thank them enough. Cynthia M
