Great drop in! I got there a few minutes after class started and was greeted with a welcome smile and handshake by the box owner — even though he was setting up for the WOD and I had just bust thru the door late. Very friendly class, excellent programming. I will definitely be back!

Excellent facility with even better coaches. They just relocated back in June to a huge place. I think it is 9,000sf with plenty of parking outside. They have accommodating hours so you can work it around your lifestyle. The coaching staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They aren’t afraid to tell you that you are doing it wrong and they make sure to show you the correct way so you don’t hurt yourself. The members are all very nice and approachable. I have never gotten the vibe that someone feels superior. The first time going in can be intimidating but once you get your first workout out of the way, you’ll want to go back as soon as possible. I’ve been going to this box for about 1.5 years and have seen tremendous gains.
