I’ve been an avid shopper here for YEARS. As of a month ago this store and staff would have GIVEN 5 stars for the exceptional customer service, the cleanliness, and the fact that everything was always in stock. Trae was the manager there for a long time who always left a smile on every single customer’s face, now there is a new girl there, I believe her name tag read Tasha. This girl, i tell you, knows nothing. Not to mention, since she’s been there, the store is always in shambles. Nothing on the shelves, carts and boxes everywhere, shelves are always dirty and out of place. The only 2 people who seem to have a clue of anything going on in that store is Rhiannon and Tiffany. Both whom, I highly suggest you deal with.
Every time I go in there now, Tasha is never to be found. I was in there yesterday, and the DISTRICT MANAGER was there, and she is always on her phone talking as loud and ghetto as she can about god knows what with the company. Im sorry, close the door and do it in private. If you’re the manager, let alone the district manager, shouldn’t you be the one who is the prime example of customer service?
The assistant manager Rhiannon always seems really stressed out now, she’s always running around doing what seems to be EVERYTHING. CLEARLY they have promoted the wrong person for this store. I have taken my business up the street, where I was never a fan of before. But its cleaner, and the manager there is always willing to be on the floor and help out their customers. PLEASE COSMOPROF, GET IT TOGETHER AND BE THERE FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES.

the dm and tasha get 1 STAR.
rhiannon and tiffany would get 4 – 5 stars.
