Cope’s Carpet Cleaning

I have had John clean my rentals, my mothers rentals and my brothers rentals for over 7 years. He came highly recommended by my real estate agent. I had used others but no one is as good as John. Once I hired AAAA carpet cleaning and they were expensive and horrible. They came sprayed the carpet and sucked the water out and left. My carpet was crunchy and the stains were still there. It was a complete waste of money.
John does awesome work, I can’t say enough good things about his service. His prices are fair, he is very responsible, he is punctual, always on time and very reliable. He does the best work that I know of this is why I don’t understand why the poor review of another customer. He is always willing to work with you to reach a solution. Because of him i’m able to keep from replacing carpet with saves me money. He really does a great job of removing stains and makes the carpet look new again. He is truly the best kept secret in this valley. I really didn’t want to share him. Lol

Terrible service. I have very expensive carpet and just wanted it cleaned. Carpet was not dirty at all. The solution they used I’m assuming left spots on my carpet that at first I thought was water spots as it dried I noticed spots throughout my carpet in the loft and master bdrm, They came out to reclean and they saturated the carpet with so much water I thought I was walking in a pond. They offered to come a third time but I declined. I paid 145.00 for terrible service and I now have to find someone that can hopefully fix their sloppy job!!!

John has been my property manager’s «go to guy» for our rental properties in Lancaster and Palmdale. Always provides very reasonable prices and, in instances where renter’s have treated the carpet poorly, he provides an honest assessment on the practicality of cleaning the carpet. When I needed carpet cleaned at my own house, I did not hesitate to call John. I was very pleased with the quality of the work he did and will now use him as my «go to guy».

The price was right came on time, went straight to work. No mess afterwards.
We willbe calling them again.
