this is the most lame location I’ve ever been too they don’t even have all the classic salads on the menu, why is that? also the guy that took my order was dead inside not helpful at all.

Stayed at Biola for the weekend and had barely an hour to meet up with an old friend for lunch, so we needed someplace close and fast, but comfortable enough we could still sit down and chat for a bit. This fit the bill perfectly, and I got the fastest service I think I have EVER had @ any Panera location before. Granted, I only ordered soup w/bread, but still, it was brought out so fast that we hadn’t picked a table yet. Heck, my friend hadn’t even finished ordering yet!(Btw, she ordered a complicated salad w/lots of modifications, and that came out impressively soon, as well.) Also, my cashier was SO friendly and nice. Made me feel quite at ease and not quite so rushed. I appreciated that. I just love Panera!

It’s my first time dining at Panera and honestly, the service was excellent. As I walked in, I noticed the choice between ordering on a digital menu or at the register. I prefer the digital because it reveals the photo and custom options. When I finished my order, I took the provided tracker and sat down at my preferred table, waited a few minutes and received my order from a polite and professional employee. The food was presented in a orderly manner, nice and neat. I will definitely dine in again when I get the chance.

Joseph took our order, and was very kind and helpful. Ordered the pick 2 soup and turkey bravo. I saw our food on the counter with steaming hot soup when I went to the bathroom, and then again when I went to sit back down. At this point I got up to inquire if that was indeed our food. The lady said it was indeed but that they are doing table service now. So I have to wait for my already ready food. And she wasn’t sure where the person whom is serving is. Now by the time I get my food my soup now has that groom skin covering it because it sat too long, also it is no longer steaming. Get rid of your table service or actually commit like a normal restaurant and serve food when it is hot. Also you can see how Panera is cutting g corners by no longer having their turkey bravo sandwhich fill the bread. My sandwich has over half an inch of just bread. I’ve been getting this sandwhich for at least the last 5 years and never have I felt that they were cutting corners and cheating customers. Really disappointed in this Panera location. After how my interaction went with the employee about our food getting cold, there was no way I was going to deal with their incompetence anymore. Your receipts tell you to let an associate know if there is an issue. Look what happened, they did nothing and I’m still dissatisfied.

What’s the story with this place. Either the order is wrong, they run out of silverware so you get plastic or, like tonight, the sandwich I ordered was burnt. The sandwich arrived looking fine but when I turned it over, the bread was burned black. I said something to the server who said«is that too burned for you?» Is there an acceptable amount of burned bread on a sandwich?

Tried Panera for the first time last Sunday evening. Hubby and I each ordered the Turkey, Avocado, Bacon sandwich, which came with choice of chips, apple or bread(which I found odd that you could get a side of bread with your sandwich?). The girl taking the order was friendly, personable and made us feel welcomed. Although the wait to get our food did seem long, and the prices a tad high, the product we received was worth the wait. Was pleasantly surprised that the turkey was actual carved turkey! We will be back to try more of their tasty items on the menu!

Would’ve been a 5 star but when I tried to take a picture with my check in the girl told me I couldn’t take pictures because it’s against their policy. When I told her it was for Unilocal she looked at me like I was from another planet.

I come to this Panera quite a bit and the staff is always very friendly and helpful! The food and everything is great! Today I decided to venture out and try something new but I didn’t like it. They happily got me something else and even gave me a free cookie! Amazing service, they did not make me feel bad at all for wanting something else. If you’re a student and need a place to study and something good to eat this is the place to be :)

Currently pregnant and can’t handle numerous types of food, so I sent my boyfriend to buy me a chicken noodle soup hoping it would help my nausea. Everything was great until I found a hair in my soup, so disappointed & disgusted. Was it because it was close to closing time that the soup wasn’t of good quality?(He went in after 9pm today). don’t think I’ll be back

Came in this morning around 10 am(02÷05÷16) with my wife for coffee and a bagle. They had only 3 types of bagels for us to chose from. really only 3 ?? What a joke. We will never go back to this location again.

I was in the area at lunchtime and stopped to get a sandwich for the road. There was no line at the counter at 12:30pm so my order was taken promptly. I got a turkey, bacon & avocado sandwich and a lemonade to drink. My sandwich was ready within 5 minutes and I was on my way. Both my lemonade and sandwich were fine but pedestrian. Nothing really to complain about but nothing to rave about either, except to say that the bread was very fresh.

All the Panera Bread locations I have been to tastes the same, including this one. The reason for the 3 stars is because of their customer service. I come here during my lunch and my food on average takes 20 – 25 minutes to receive even if it’s not busy. A few times I had to go to the counter and ask for my food to only find it just sitting there while the workers were socializing. I also had to cancel my online to-go order one time and it took them 5 weeks to refund me AFTER I spoke to the manager and she wrote down my information twice(failing to contact me regarding my refund both times). I finally contacted their customer service center and they were able to refund me. If you’re in a rush, do not come here.

This place is consistently very good. Their employees are friendly, although the wait for food can be a little bit long. The dining area is usually kept fairly clean, but it can vary. Their mobile order system and touch screens in the store make ordering very easy and customizable, which is nice. I had the Mac n cheese. It was good, and the bread with it was fresh.

The girl who took my order was nice enough but was so uninformed on what she had on the menu. After several minutes of struggling through the menu, I placed my order to go. As I sat waiting for my food to go(17 minutes total!!) I watched the«manager?» Talk shit on her employees, put her bare hands on sandwiches, and toss her hair all over the food! Luckily my order was to go so she wouldn’t be able to taint my wrapped food! Do they not practice safe food handling to their employees??? As my order came up, I watched her look inside the bag, check the receipt and hand me my food. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, no have nice day! The best part is once I got to my destination, my order was wrong!!! I was missing a whole sandwich and the sandwich I did receive wasn’t right, I was also missing a bag of chips and an apple!!! I was 30 – 40 minutes away and was not going to drive all the way back, so I called and asked to talk to a manager. The manager explain to me that I had to come back into the store with my receipt for a refund. Why!!! I’m 30 – 40 minutes away and it wasn’t my fault you messed up my order!!! So, $ 32 dollars later… I ate a bowl of soup for lunch.

It’s getting worse Incompetent management and staff I ordered a bagel double twisted on both sides and when it came to my table it was not even close to the way I ordered The girl comes back with a bagel burnt on one side and and she asks me if its ok and I said no, The manager(shift leader) comes to My table and and I told him again how I want my bagel and they finally got it sort of correct the fourth time I’m not going back ever again

This is a basic decent Panera Bread. Nothing spectacular and nothing bad. I do feel it’s a tad overpriced for what you pay and get. I prefer Corner Bakery as far as price and portions wise. It is convenient how they have the self touch screen order at the front so you don’t have to wait in line. My food today was pretty fresh and came out in a timely manner.

It’s a decent Panera. There’s nothing special about it that would cause me to claim it the best Panera I’ve ever visited. I had my usual soup in a bread bowl. It was tasty, naturally. The service is decent, the place is clean, including the beverage area, and it’s roomy. I’d return if I were in the area.

Go to joint for my Panini fix. I have been eating the Frontega chicken panini for a few years now. Pros: 1) Very consistent taste. All these years and the panini is still the same. Very delicious. 2) Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional staff. 3) Abundant seating, parking etc. Cons: 1) Probably $ 2.00 more than what I would pay for the sandwich(–1)

Been coming to this Panera once in a great while. Love this location. Most of the time, I get the You Pick Two deal. It’s an pretty good deal. They have sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta, s, bagels, baked goods, etc. Panera Bread can get expensive after awhile, but if you have the Panera Bread rewards card Like I do, it’s worth it. This location now has the self ordering kiosk… I was able to try it now and I love it. I got a free cookie just for using the kiosk. But right now, Only credit/debit cards are accepted at the self kiosks. This location is just down the street from Biola University. And yes, a lot of Biola students hang out here. Overall, it’s such a great place.

Thanks to Panera Bread’s eclectic assortment of salads, sandwiches, soups and pastries, I can always find something I like. Most times, I’m torn between two or three different choices. I’m also part of the Panera Rewards program, which can be beneficial for a few dollars off a salad or soup, or a free pastry treat from time to time. Each Panera location is different, but I’ve always had a great experience at this one. It was always full of Biola kids – since it’s close to the university – but this location has ample seating and is pretty clean. There are many entrees and treats I like on the Panera menu – which is always changing it up with seasonal items – but here are a few of my tried-and-true favs: «Fontina Grilled Cheese»: This more«upscale» version of the classic grilled cheese sandwich includes Vermont white cheddar, Fontina, a reduced-fat chive and onion cream cheese spread and a four cheese Italian blend in between slices of freshly baked, grilled, all-natural white bread. While nothing’s wrong with Panera’s standard grilled cheese, I loved the blend of the white cheddar and Fontina that resulted in a cheesier sandwich with additional seasoning. This sandwich comes with the cheese simply oozing out of it(onto the parchment paper below the sandwich). I usually get the whole sandwich(not the half) if I’m ordering one of these. «Big Kid Grilled Cheese»: I know this was a featured special, but I’m not sure if it’s a part of Panera’s regular menu. If it is, I would say the«Big Kid Grilled Cheese» is my favorite grilled cheese sandwich. It includes melted American cheese, chunks of crispy Applewood smoked bacon in between grilled bread(sourdough perhaps? I can’t remember). All I know is that it was amazing and I just ordered the sandwich as a meal itself … no cup of soup needed! «Classic Grilled Cheese»: For a no-fuss, no-frills, traditional grilled cheese sandwich, this entrée is completely perfect. It embodies the same elements of every kid’s favorite sandwich — organic, sliced American cheese grilled in between slices of freshly baked, all-natural white bread. There’s no better way to relive your childhood. «Sierra Turkey Sandwich»: Two words — chipotle mayo. That’s the slightly spicy kick gives this sando its character. This sandwich features smoked turkey breast, field greens, red onions and that chipotle mayo spread in between slices of baked Asiago Cheese Focaccia(one of my favorite breads at Panera). I get this sandwich without the onions and greens, but thanks to that chipotle mayo – and crispy, cheese-breaded exterior – it has all the flavor it needs. «You Pick Two»: This is probably what I get the most often when I go to Panera. Customers can choose two items – half sandwich, half pasta, cup of soup, one flatbread or salad – from the various options available. You also get to pick your side(choice of apple, baguette or bag of chips; I always go for the baguette). The soup choices rotate during the week, and only select sandwiches and salads are available(some sandwiches might be at a higher cost). Some of my favorite soups include: «Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup» and the«Baked Potato Soup.» If I get a salad, I usually go with the Caesar. For sandwiches, you can choose from some of the Café Sandwiches or Signature Sandwiches(these cost slightly more). For just a slight extra charge, you can upgrade your meal and get a drink and a $ 1 bakery snack, which is what I often do because I LOVE Panera’s Iced Green Tea(if you haven’t tried it before, this is a must-have) and I usually get a cookie for dessert. «Iced Green Tea»: My favorite iced green tea features green tea infused with passion fruit and papaya – to give it that refreshing, sweet taste – served over ice. This rejuvenating drink is good on any hot day … but the cold hasn’t stopped me from ordering it, either. «Chocolate Chipper Cookie /Candy Cookie /Chocolate Duet Cookie with Walnuts»: If I’m getting a snack with my «You Pick Two» meal, I usually go for one of these three cookies. The«Candy Cookie» is similar to a cookie filled with m&ms(sugar cookie topped with colorful milk chocolate candies), the«Chocolate Chipper» is your standard chocolate chip and the«Chocolate Duet Cookie with Walnuts» features a dark chocolate cookie studded with semisweet chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips and walnuts. Panera’s cookies are bomb because they’re fresh, moist and chewy … just how I like my cookies. They also feature seasonal cookies — I think my favorite was their«Peanut Butter Dream» cookie, which was a peanut butter cookie filled with peanut butter and toffee chunks! It was absolutely amazing and I wish it was available on a daily basis.
