Don’t bother. They keep the main door locked. Employees dont listen to what u order. Forget half order. Restruant very dirty.

Always messes up an order. Either stupid or don’t care. Unfortunately, I’ll never go back. After 10 times of either not following instructions or just completely leaving out items, I am over going to this location.

NOGLOVES. Did not see one person working with the food that had gloves on. Ewwww. I happened to notice this because the lady that was taking my order just up and walked away in the middle of it so I stood there for like 5 minutes while the other coworkers just kept whispering about how she just left another customer standing there. not bothering to uh help me!!! I just walked out and will not be going back! Wendy’s you choose the people that work for you and they are who represent you. what an embarrassment this place is for you.

Wow. Just left Wendy’s and I have to say, whoever that nice lady was that took my order and gave me my food, they need to give her a damn raise!!! She was so nice, did everything I asked, and made me feel welcome. Very impressed, never seen that in a fast food restaurant.

Horrible! i ordered my burger with cheese, mayo, ketchup, tomato only! it came with pickles, onions, lettuce. no! that was cold and gross and didnt even taste like a burger. second bad meal in a row here. i wont waste my good money here anymore.

Its a Wendys and on par with other locations. Though the guy behind the counter was a little sketchy Maybe Fighting a battle with a meth addiction, and was missing teeth. And anytime someone paid with a CC someone else came and ran it for him. Which was a little odd. The food was on par with Wendys and a Good Frosty.

We took the drive-thru option, got our Frosties as fast as we pulled-up, and received a smile and thank you from the lady at the window. Our experience didn’t match the other reviews. Perhaps it’s a different world eating inside.

Between the woman with the«lady tattoo» on her arm talking about having to clean sh!$ off the walls while we’re eating in the dining room and the guy tryin to smoke and carry out the trash, this wendy’s has all the colfax charm you could ask for.

I held to my self imposed policy of not reviewing fast food restaurants for long enough. This was bad. Very, very bad. I was second in line, and I waited twenty minutes for a simple order, behind another simple, small order. When I received my food, the order was all jacked up. I just took what they gave me, and left. I couldn’t stay another moment. Staff was rude, incompetent and lazy. One star is far too gracious.

When it comes to fast food, Wendy’s is usually my first choice, but I really need to speak my mind about this particular location. They have, hands down, the rudest staff that works their drive-thru window. I don’t think they could possibly find any employees who care less about their customers. Here is what happened. I ordered food for my wife and myself. I got home, and one order of fries was missing, so I went all the way back there to get them. I understand people make mistakes, but I get so fed up, that I actually went back this time. I went to to drive-thru window, and told them what happened, and they said to pull up to the second window. When I got there, the only communication was a bag sticking out the window and a scowl from the person working there. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called and spoke with the manager, Kim, and she apologized for me, and said she’d give me a free combo next time I came in. I can’t imagine walking into a Wendy’s with this caliber of employee, and say«I’m the guy that complained about your rude staff. I would like this free combo». And not expect anything awful to be done with my food. I complained to the company itself, and have yet to hear back a response. Thumbs down for Wendy’s corporate customer service, and major thumbs down to this location. And to make matters worse, when I got home the second time, my wife told me that they forgot the sauce for the nuggets, and crackers for the chili.
