I’m surprised that there are no reviews for this park yet! Walker-​Branch is a decent sized park located in the Edgewater/​Lakewood area.
They have many of the amenities you’d typically expect at a park: picnic benches, baseball fields, basketball hoops (no full court), a playground. There’s even an area for volleyball and a roller hockey rink.
However, what makes this place unique is the fact that there’s a skate park in the middle of it! I can barely stand on a skateboard, let alone do a trick on one, but I still think it’s pretty cool that this exists. It’s not anything too crazy but it seems like it would be a lot of fun. I walk my dog around here sometimes and it’s always entertaining to watch people skating around.
