Very good Mexican food, prices are a little high but the food quality is good. Very good margaritas and good atmosphere.

This place is awesome. I’ve had better Mexican food, but I still really like this place. Maybe it’s because I don’t like Mexican places that don’t have good salsa. Their salsa here is really good, so that’s always a good start to a meal. Prices are very reasonable, so for me, it was always a good place to stop for lunch without spending a ton. They have a patio, which is where I spent a lot of my summer lunches. I usually would have a smothered burrito and a taco. The flavor of the green chile was always consistent. The a la carte taco gets stuffed so full that there’s really no point in trying to pick it up, because most of the stuff is on the plate. Some of the more traditional stuff is a little more pricey, but not any more than other places around town. About $ 8 for a plate of tacos de carne asada. But that’s the whole show, a bunch of meat, the avacados, pico del gallo, all of that stuff. The staff is always super friendly, and it’s almost always the same group of people in there. Tell the waiter Elias I said what’s up. That dude has a constant smile plastered on his face, and he never let my drink go empty. Oh yeah, they also have a pretty sweet breakfast plate too. Eggs, potatoes, meat, smothered in green chile. Hell yeah! The only cons I can think of: –The chips could be better, to match the good salsa –They used to have fresh brewed iced tea. Now it’s the crap from the fountain. –They need some new patio chairs. 2 beers and I’m gonna wobble right out of that thing. –Smoking is still allowed on the patio: fail:
