‼Worst Verizon store. They work on commission and act like they’re selling you a car. If you don’t buy what they sell, they change their friendly personality. Manager is a joke and employees are desperate for commission‼

Everytime Ive had to come here the salespeople are friendly and helpful. I had to go to the one on Spring and Bellflower and customer service was RUDE and not helpful at all. I would recommend this location above others.

This was listed as a «premium retailer» on the Verizon website, but premium it is not. It’s a very small store with limited offerings. It looks like some sort of ‘pop up’ store, given how minimally it was furnished. There were 2 employees working, who were naturally occupied with 2 customers with complicated phone plan changes, lots of questions, and chatty tendencies. Fine — that’s life! What stinks is that it’s minimally staffed, there’s no «check-in» process to put customers in a queue, and there’s only 1 bench to sit on. It also seems to be minimally stocked, as I heard the sales associate tell another customer that he only had«one left» of what she wanted, and when, after 15 minutes passed and one of the sales people stopped talking to a customer, I asked if they had the iPhone 4S, that was a no-go as well. Also– if you can see that customers have been waiting for a long time, and you’re not actively helping your previous customer, can you just throw in a «thanks for waiting» or «I’ll be right with you?» Needless to say, we got all of our upgrades taken care of quickly at the store at Bellflower and Spring, despite the fact that the store was way more crowded. Also — no hours or phone number [unless 999−999−9999 is a real phone number] listed on the Verizon website — I guess Verizon HQ knows not to send people here!
