Hey Town Appliance! You advertise in Howell and Freehold on big billboards. Why are you only interested in servicing a select community within Lakewood??? Twice this week we came in to buy high end appliances, like Wolf and Viking. Twice this week, we were ignored by your sales staff. There won’t be a third!
Unless you are a resident of Lakewood, don’t waste the time or gas to visit Town Appliance!

I recently needed a new dryer. Town Appliance offered the product I wanted at the best price with the most convenient delivery time. The salesman was super professional and friendly. The delivery team came as promised and did a professional job as well. I would highly recommend this store.

Purchased a new kitchen and standing freezers for the basement from town appliance. Pricing was better than most but they gave me free delivery which made up any difference.
The fridge and freezer didnt fit through the door frame so the team called in a installer who removed the doors, and carefully reinstalled without a scratch or a dent, pretty impressive.
I delt with Yocheved who was on top of my order from start to finish, made recommendations based on use and what had rebates and deals and felt great to have someone in sales working to find you a deal.
Not only was my business going to a smaller company but also to a business that understands jewish kitchens and the need for appliances with shabbos mode — they even took the time to explain and walk me through the setting process.

i purchased a maytag washing machine and dryer from town appliance. I heard they had the best prices around. The day I received the machine. It was broken. neither the washer or dryer was working. I must have called the company about 30 times. every time I spoke to someone they gave me a fake name. This went on for 6 weeks. I have never felt so cheated. I will never use them again. Its now 5 months later and I’m still left with a broken machine. the machine cost me in total $ 1,800. I hope people read this and be careful before buying anything from town appliance again. i don’t know why i gave 1 star i should give none. they did for me and stole my money.
