Went for my second treatment during the week. Much better service and great doctor :)

After many years of my dad being in pain for constant strenuous work it was time to get his life back on track. We decided on this place based on the reviews. We made the right choice this place has a great feel to it. Not only was the doctor great with my father he also explain to us what issues he has and how he will help him. We signed up for the membership which includes 4 visits per month which is great. Thank again Doctor !

Dr. Millan is amazing. Any time I had any issues, we’d discuss it in detail and he always made sure I felt better before I left (in comparison to other facilities who just crack me and let me go without a word).
I would recommend Dr. Millan to anyoneeee. Just always express your concerns and how they happened and you’ll be just fine.

This place tricks you as far as your payments and visits. The staff is under trained or just stupid. They go through employees like about one a week. You don’t get anything on paper so it’s easy for them to say what they want. You get a different story from every person that works there. One girl was extremely rude and condescending. I asked for help from one of the chiropractors, he said, oh yes I’ll talk to someone and call you back and never did. The way they run this place is so unprofessional.

Dudes and gals, I have been seeing Chiropractors for 10 years in 5 different states and I have never come across a better system than The Joint. I like the walk in process and the low price for an adjustment. $ 50 adjustments at other Chiropractors turn me away and make it so that I am not likely to go in for routine visits. But the Joint offers packages where you can get adjustments for $ 25 or less per visit. And the great part is you don’t need an appointment! You just walk in!

I have been coming here since they opened a few years back and I love Dr Jeff’s technique.
He had not only helped me but my family as well.
I highly recommend just stoping in and getting a wellness adjustment.
No appointment you just walk in and I love that.
I am also happy they are open 7 days a week and I can come after work open until 7pm on the weekdays

I love this place! I’m an Esthetician and I do a ton of waxing, which kills my back and shoulders. I HAVE to go at the end of every week and get adjusted to keep myself from getting to cramped up again. It’s crazy how your muscles want to pull your bones away from where they’re supposed to be. The joint helps me feel 100% better! I’m in and out in literally less than 10 minutes. It’s not necessary to make an appointment because you’re not going to be there very long… personally I’d just walk in when it’s most convenient for you. I’ve been here about 8 times now and I’ve only had to wait maybe 5 minutes once or twice. I like all of the Dr.‘s here, but I really like Dr. Millan because he gets me to crack in places I didn’t even know were possible. He can find my sore spots in less than 30 seconds and I didn’t even know I was cramped in certain spots. Never sore afterwards either! Didn’t know I needed it, but now I’m hooked for life!

My had severe back pain for a couple of days and found this place. The chiropractor definitely knows what he is doing. It felt good to get my back popped. And it is very affordable.

Today I called at 1pm to schedule an appointment. I have a huge back pain, the receptionist told me that I can come at 2:30pm, I agreed and when I went there at 2:30, she then told me I cant get an adjustment because the doctor is leaving already. Really? Great Customer Service.

Awesome. Fantastic. I like that they have deals of pre-​paying for a certain amount of visits and they never expire. So if you ever feel the need to get a last minute adjustment, you don’t have to worry about the cost. The people there are very nice and are good at making you feel comfortable considering a «stranger» will be touching your body for the very first time. Walk ins only, no appointments. So you’re out the door in five minutes if no one else is there. My body hasn’t broke from any of my multiple visits yet! The only «down side» is their hours.

I love that you can just walk in and have a quick adjustment and then your out the door. Extremely reasonably priced. Wish they had one closer to Carson area, but this is worth the drive.

Not only they have great prices, they have the most amazing customer service! I was looking for a chiropractor that’s open on a Sunday because the one I used to go to is closed on Sundays and closes early on weekdays, like 6 pm early. So I had to look for a chiropractor that would work with my schedule. Thank god for Unilocal I found this place! I strained my shoulder from crossfit and it was bugging me a lot that Sunday! No appointment needed, came in, completed the forms, came back 30 mins later because they had to go out for lunch. Dr. O’keefe did my adjustments pretty fast! Like fast food type of fast, but in a good way haha. All I had to do was tell him what was hurting, and bam he did his magic and I felt a little bit better, he told me to come back 2 days after, I purchased the 5 visits for a really affordable price! I came back today 30 mins before they close, and I’m really happy they were still able to take me in. Dr. Millan helped me today and he is amazing, hands down! He asked me how my shoulder is feeling and I told him it feels a little better but pain is still there, he did his magic and wow I felt so much better! He answered all my questions right on point. I love it! I’m really thankful to have found this place! If you’re looking for a good chiropractor, look no longer! Can’t ask for more! Great customer service, great chiropractors and the place itself is really clean! The joint Lakewood branch will definitely be bookmarked. I can’t wait to come back! I suffered a back injury 17yrs ago. With time and age pain progressed and it took its toll on me. A long time high school buddy of mine told me about this place. And today I decided to check it out. I walk-​in told Dr Millan what’s wrong he checked me out and gave me his recommendation and I was set up with there premium package for $ 49.00 a month which includes 4 adjustments each month and any additional visits $ 12 per visit. It also means I can go to any joint location near me if I’m not near to my regular location too. If you ask me it’s not bad…

Tonight I called The Joint at about a quarter to 7 and asked if i would be able to come now to be adjusted and that im an existing patient she told me yes i arrived 6 minutes later only to be in pain and turned away. He told me sorry we close at 7 I looked at my phone and it was still 7 til. I informed him that I called and spoke the front office. Anyone who goes here knows how fast the adjustments are. He said you can come back tomorrow morning and Ill adjust you then. I felt it was very unprofessional and a bit careless for lack thereof. I will NOT be returning to this practice!

Best chiropractor I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to a dozen. Dr Jeff really has the right touch and is super knowledgeable .I go once a week now and the chronic pain I’ve suffered from for years is now almost tolerable. I’ve seen three doctors there and they are all really nice and take good care of you.

Went there a couple of months ago when my regular chiropractor was on vacation.
The initial visit was $ 19 dollars which I put on my FSA card. Consider The Joint to be ‘chiropractic lite’. My regular chiro gives me hot pack and electro-​stimulation. to help relax muscles. The Joint focuses on a quick series of neck and/​or back adjustments.
The $ 19 dollar fee is a first-​time patient offer. They do have a multi-​visit package, but you must use it within 4 weeks of purchase. Not sure if that is for everyone.
My adjustment was pretty good, and got me closer to pain-​free than I would have been without it. So 4 stars it is.

I found the Joint walking painfully through the plaza it was in. I had hurt my back from the gym and decided to check it out. It was my first time seeing a chiropractor but I was willing to try anything at that point. Dr. Millan was great. First time (I just walked in) I went through a short consult and he explained what he was doing before he did it to ease my nervousness a bit. His recommendation was to come back a few more times so I got the monthly package of 4 alignments in a month and no contract. $ 59 great deal!
I happened to hurt my back even worse (long story short, first pulled back triggered memories and I panicked… I have issues). Dr. Millan and the amazing Dr. Smith helped a lot. They relieved pressure off my herniated disc and showed me how to stretch. Dr. Smith has very strong hands for a woman of her size.
Just to add, there was some miscommunication with the package I purchased that had me initially disappointed with the business to the point I was never going to return. I honestly felt I was misinformed. But to my surprise, someone called me after this occurred and resolved it. So not only do they have great doctors, a great office, they also have wonderful customer service.

Wonderful place I’ve been to a couple of chiropractors and this place by far my favorite Dr. Smith is amazing she has helped my back so much and they are open 7 days walking only which works best for me

I was in a car accident on Monday that left me with pain in my neck and back. I walked in yesterday and saw Dr. Smith. This womans hands are absolute magic! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything as she’s doing it.
She cracked me in places I’ve never been cracked before and helped my neck pain immensely. Thank you Dr. Smith!

Now that I’m (FINALLY) on Unilocal,I HAVE to review this place. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past 3 months, and I LOVE it here. I’ve received adjustments from a few of the chiropractors here (I know there are at least 5 different ones), but my favorite is Dr Millan. He is so friendly, it’s hard not to like him! He’s very knowledgable, has great tips for stretching, knows my problem areas, and takes his time to really help you.
In terms of price — well, that alone rates this place 5 stars! I currently have the 6-​month membership, at $ 49/​month. That gets you 4 visits per month. Any additional visit is about $ 12, I think (I haven’t gone over my 4 visits yet). Talk about affordable! Plus, it doesn’t matter if you don’t have health insurance. Their prices are for everyone!
I would say the only downside is that they don’t offer other services that other chiropractic offices offer — massage, heat packs, etc. But hey, the price, staff, and experience more than make up for it!
