Every time I leave this location I say it’s the last. I really dislike their customer service. The people at McDonald’s right next door are friendlier, regular coffee is good and half the price! I seriously doubt I’ll go back here again. Am I bothering you by asking for a receipt?!

I come here everyday whether it’s drive thru or walk in. This place takes forever to make your drinks. They are not organized at all and everyone is running around inside.
I seriously need to find a different one close by.

Everyone now is Really friendly and makes drinks correctly so yey for a complete turn around for me.

This place is amazing Sunday mornings even tho it’s super busy the regular people who work that day are amazing… the three stars is solely for the Sunday morning crew…
with that being said EVERY time I’ve come another time or day geeessshh the service sucks… like even on the slowest of time the service is horrible… one time the girl made my coffee nasty and got an attitude bc I said something another time they took forever with my drink even though it was empty and now they decide to just set my drink at the counter without calling it out… like what am I suppose to magically know it’s done…

So INCONSISTENT with their drinks. I order a PEACH GREEN TEA often and it never tastes the same! Grrrrr! Either to much water or too much green tea! It’s rare that it’s balanced. I’ll have to try another Bucks. I suggest a recipe and they use measuring cups yo perfect it! Is it so hard to get a good Peach Green Tea! DANG!

They have never gotten my order down wrong. I usually get very berries on hot days like this. The cashier was very polite to the customers in front of me, but not as polite to me. The barista handed me my drink with more than an inch of foam, and the drink was very pale. I asked them if I could get it a bit more concentrated with less foam. A female barista with no name on her apron and cheetahish glasses started contradicting me by starting her statement with «actually» then I guess she caught herself and stopped and minded her own business. When I walked to add sugar to my drink she started telling her coworker and said something really stupid, both of them laughed out loud. I felt like she was picking on me for not being pleased with my drink.
She seems to be very goofy making weird voices, it was a very uncomfortable visit.
