Anna moved salons, so I can’t really comment on Primp anymore. I’m not going to down-​rate this place because it might still be really good. But I can’t say.

OH NO! My favorite stylist from here has moved to a new location — I don’t know if I’d go here if it weren’t for Anna.
May be time for me to make a change.

Anna is the best and always makes my hair look cute plus gives great product advice. The salon is also very nice.
Hubs loves getting his hair cut here too!

I absolutely love this place! Anna Lee does a spectacular job! I have lived in the Cleveland area for a few years and could never find a Salon I really loved. I bounced around for awhile until I found Primp! I have very long thick hair and Anna always does an amazing job. The place is very nice and professional. You get a high dollar saloon experience, with hand and arm massage, without paying top dollar. I get so many compliments on my hair and always feel like a million bucks when I leave!

I’ve only gone to see Anna twice, but she got me and my hair right away. I was apprehensive looking for a new salon in Cleveland after seeing the same person in Akron for 5 years. Anna was able to cut and color my hair the way I had been hoping for some time. She is very open to trying different styles out if you’re looking for sometime more unusual, but she does a bang-​up job at classic cuts and colors too — I’ve been processing while other clients are getting done. Appointments are flexible and easy to come by, the email reminders and paperless receipts are convenient. The product line they use keeps my hair feeling healthy, and the arm and hand massage that you get while shampooing is a nice added touch as well.

I’ve never known a stylist to be as excited and into hair as Anna! After my 1^st cut I knew I could trust her with some daring, super short girlie cuts — and I was right! She pampers you like no other, and is so ridiculously fun to hang out with while you’re there!
The place is adorable, and of course the complimentary hot face towel and hand/​arm massage is a classy touch! Booking online is the greatest. So easy and you don’t feel like you’re aggravating someone while you each flip through your calendars and such.
Ladies — I’ve priced around and $ 40 for a cut is GREAT, plus all the extras you get included for this. Your hour there is all about you. You’re not rushed out, to keep the seat rotating. PRIMP it up with Anna Lee!!!
