Today was the first time I ever tried Pei Wei with my family and we ordered our dishes to go. I have a severe allergy to gluten and specified that I needed my meal GF. The young gal took our order and was in a frenzy trying to figure everything out. Unfortunately when we arrived home we realized that our orders were mixed up and incorrect. I took my order back to the restaurant and was greeted by Raina. She was not only very kind she was assertive in fixing my order after her coworkers mistakes. The manager, Guy, ensured that the order was re-made correctly and even refunded the bill. I am very happy that they were able to fix the situation and left as a very happy customer. Thank you Raina for everything, you really deserve some recognition.

I don’t really rate a lot of chain restaurants but this one is fine. I have a pretty complicated order and they almost always get it right. That’s what you expect from any place but I still appreciate that about them. The food is good and the place usually gets very busy. Service can be slow when they’re backed up but that’s to be expected. Inconsistent a lot. Sometimes the items are very spicy and sometimes they’re quite bland. Never had a major complaint about the food as a whole. They’re consistent enough and I think the manager does a good job. Really not bad for a fast food chain

Runner took my food to table next to me. Took it back after they ate it and tried to give it to me. It was 15 minutes before I got my food with no apology. Ordered extra chicken. I would hate to see a normal order. Manager asked me how it was and I gave him my two cents. He could have cared less. Crappy service and food as usual I suppose.

Nice for a quick Asian fix but Panda Express is better I ordered Kung pao as usual and it was bland over cooked etc

Pork egg rolls were great, and the pei wei spicy was great as well.

OK, I always try to start with the positive so here goes. The environment was nice; it was clean, with well spaced seating and very hip in terms of décor and use of technology for ordering and drinks. On a less positive side, my Thai lettuce cups were terrible. There is NOTHING even remotely Thai about this menu option. It’s not that it was horrible but it just didn’t taste anything like it should have for what it was. Also, the service was disappointing. I ordered at the same time as my friend and her two food items came out a good 15 minutes before mine; we ordered the same entrée. She was more than half finished before I started my meal and was waiting once she finished for me to finish.

The food is what it is, not bad but not great. This location has some of the slowest employees, I think I’ve given up. I even called in my order to speed up the process and it took ten minutes to ring me up and give me my food. I was the only customer in the take out line and could see my food the whole time. Employees look directly at me waiting but continues to restock cups and fill other takeout bags while I waited.

I give it a solid 5 stars because what more could you ask for. Talk about service. It came out fast and hot. Presentation was nice and the food tasted great. I ordered chicken salad wraps, edamame and four California rolls. Now… Is this a great place to go for strictly sushi? No. It’s a nice added bonus though. The staff was consistent in cleaning the tables and asking if you needed anything. This staff noticeably WORKSVERYHARD. I wish they had a tip jar. Clean, fast, friendly and good food.

Always enjoyable for a quick dinner or lunch when we don’t want the formalities of PF changs. The food is tasty and prepared in a reasonable time.

The food is way too salty and pretty much ridicules Asian food. The food is also extremely over priced.

We have been here several times and have given up. It’s hard to believe this is part of PF Changs! The place was dirty, service both surly and slow! The food was just OK. Lots of rice and short on the good stuff. The use lots of green peppers as fillers to make it look more substantial. Go up to 6th and Garrison to Szechuan Restarant for better food and service!

The cooks here are idiots. After doing the wrong size for two orders, rather than correct the issue, they said that«it’s the same amount of food, the larger size just has a bigger plate». It’s pretty clear you don’t need a GED to work here. Well done guys. Don’t order the larger sizes at this Pei Wei, it’s obviously all the same amount of food and you’re just paying for a larger plate…

This is my first time coming to this location all other times it was the one in Littleton which is by far better than this one. The thing that pissed me off the most was that we waited 30 minutes for my food. Then I went up asking where it was. I get the response of «oh yeah we will start on it right now. THIRTYMINUTESAFTER I ORDEREDTHEFREAKINGFIODANDTHEYNEVERSTARTEDONIT. so I go and sit down. 15 minutes later I go back up. THEYSTILLDIDNTSTARTIT. HEWASJUSTTHENPUTTINGTHECHICKENINTHEPAN. Finally I got a refund and another ten minutes later got my food which tasted horrible. The Littleton location is so much better. This one sucked so bad. DONOTCOMEHERE.

Used to be a lot better! More oil and rice now, less veggies. Somehow they changed the formula. Hard times in Pei Wei land apparently. All three in my party felt this way.

What happened to pei wei. This place was great now ok in every way. Food service utensils… No more fortune cookies. Feels like corporate came thru with serious cost cutting measures.

If if could give negative stars I would. Stopped by tonight for a quick dinner as Pei Wei used to be so good. Not anymore. Loud hip hop/dance party music going on — awful. Fancy coke machines a major disappointment — one totally out of order and the other one with half the flavors marked empty and really gross unidentified stuff down in the ice drain. Shudder. Food came out as ordered but was just not good. The ratio is off. You get all noodles, few vegetables and fewer proteins. Heavy sauce, goopy and food court quality. Low quality awful meal. At $ 25 for dinner for two this was a major disappointment. We didn’t even take our leftover, just left it all on the table. Of course no surprise that no one ever came over to see how it was or check in… they were too busy cleaning up the kitchen at 8:20 on a Friday night. This always concerns me when I know they are making my food while running kitchen clean up procedures as well. As other folks have mentioned restaurant was dirty and in disrepair. Digital menu board up front had a big crack in in. Front sign was totally out and dark when we pulled up. How do you let that happen? Coke machines not 100%. Dirty with napkins on the floor, dirty tables, dirty condiment station. Framed photos on th wall In the back look like someone drew across them with a marker. Just a mess. We won’t ever be back. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I wish I could rate this zero stars for service alone. I realize that when you’re at a fast casual eatery the expectations should be a little more relaxed but this place sets a new low. We came in the mid afternoon and the staff seemed very inconvenienced by our very presence. First mistake. A guy at the register had the personality of a piece of cardboard. We paid $ 2 extra for a large order and got another small order, both gluten free, of two chicken dishes from their selection of five dishes that are gluten free. No thank you, no hellos, no anything from these staff members. We are truly hoping we don’t run into issues here either with gluten free cross contamination. We sat down, looked for high chairs for the kids and saw some disgusting chairs that were in need of a deep clean. We asked a young lady who was on her cell phone up at the counter if she could clean them, and she dispatched the register guy to do it. She went back to her cell phone and socializing with the other employees. The register guy did a quick wipe down of the chairs but they were still bad, so we cleaned them with wipes ourselves. Our food came and the staff was happy to resume their socializing and cell phone use at the counter. One of the cooks had a pretty wicked hacking cough. It was pretty obvious that our dishes were mostly rice and a meager amount of meat– about a cup each. There was really no differentiation in the small and large orders. Everything tasted okay but to be honest, we just wanted to get out of there. The place was filthy. The floors and chairs were full of debris from lunch and with a staff who seems to care more about their social lives than their jobs and the customers paying the bill, it makes you wonder what else is going on behind the scenes.

We ordered take out, it was supposed to be ready by 6:40pm. We did not receive our food until 7 pm, although we did watch it get cold sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. We don’t know why the employees were unable to put the boxes of food into a bag and give the bag to us. It was all there– sharpied abbreviations on the side of our food, growing ever colder and less appetizing. Don’t give me a time estimate if it isn’t realistic. Nobody likes to stand in a crowded take out area, surrounded by other irritated patrons waiting for their overpriced lettuce wraps.

This restaurant used to be wonderful. What happened? I stopped by for lunch and was horribly disappointed. Restaurant was nearly empty with only 2 other customers at tables who had already finished eating. I ordered my food from a young female who was clearly longing to be anywhere else. She wasn’t friendly, never smiled and took zero pride in her job, We waited 16 minutes for our food(remember, we are the only two customers waiting for food) and were surprised by the portions. My daughter and I both ordered the Honey Seared Chicken with rice, she ordered the child portion, I ordered the small adult portion. The child’s entrée was larger than my small adult portion. Same amount of chicken but the kid’s bowl had more rice. I attempted to retrieve forks but they were out. I couldn’t catch the eye of any employees until I had stood at the counter for more than a minute patiently waiting. Finally, an employee went to the back and hand washed forks for me. Both soda machines were out of the two beverages my daughter wanted. One machine was out of ice. Our table was filthy, we would have moved but they all looked dirty. Floor was a mess. Employees resembled zombies. Good parts: Food tasted good and as we left a zombie floor sweeper came to life and thanked us for our business. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this restaurant. The employees made it pretty clear they didn’t want or need my business. Too many other places to spend my money and feel like a $ 17 lunch is less effort than making my own food at home.

Everybody Wang Chung tonight! Pei Wei spicy is extra yummy. This location has great outdoor seating. I love that they have sliced oranges for my water too.
