Only been twice but I will definitely be back. They do great work exactly what you ask for no bs or pressure. Awesome prices, fast services. The tech named Tee is so funny and friendly.

I agree Te is the only competent professional in the group. Went to them several times, and they are not well trained on customer service, or switching the tv to English when they have customers. Except for Te, they do not acknowledge you or show interest in you as a human being, you are just a body they are working on, and they often talk among themselves while working on you. Not once, during a manicure Shellac was I ever asked do you like this or that, or how am I doing so far? I now go to OPI Nails near Wadsworth and Hampden, and much happier with the final product and their customer service skills.

I only use Te — He is the absolute best. I used the «old guy» once and his work is just not ok. All others are good, but over the years, Te has proven time and time again that perfection is the only acceptable finish. mani — pedi — whatever… always good.

I just left Nails City in Lakewood across from Bel Mar and have to say it was the worst experience ever. I wanted a pedi/​mani, he started with the pedi and left so much cuticle it was like I could have done a better job myself. He managed to scrape the inside bone of my ankle with the cheese grater thing he used, it’s still stinging. Needless to say I didn’t bother with mani. I told them I wasn’t happy with service and he said that will be $ 23.00 REALLY!!! I’m forced to give a star but not worthy of it.

Got a manicure here from Hanh, she did a good job, but I asked for a buff and she didn’t relaly know how to do this porcedure. My nails were buring. But the price was right and I’d probably go back.

My companions and I had a great time and quick service at this nail salon. We had tried another one in the mall across the street and they couldn’t fit us in. So we spotted Nail City, and they were able to accomodate all three of us right then, and do our mani/pedi’s simultaneously. It was great. And the paint job wasn’t bad either.

First time visitor to this salon. Just wanted a quick and cheap mani/​pedi. The price was pretty good for just natural nail manicure and a regular pedicure. Paint job wasn’t that great, but in total I only paid $ 40 when I usually go to places where just the pedicures are $ 40 so not too shabby. Everyone was very nice and professional, walked in and was helped immediately.
