Very nice man behind the counter who is talkative and helpful. A smaller selection of turo-turo(point, pack and go) food, 8 choices that night to be exact. We arrived at Mother Lily’s around 6pm that night and there was a bit of each selection left. We ordered their sinigang and pinakbet. Sinigang was very good, but I would probably try something other than the pinakbet. Their portions are a bit small(we did not opt for the large to go container of food). Not bad for a filipino turo-turo restaurant if you’re looking for quick filipino food to go, but there is another filipino restaurant down the street that may have more choices and is better rated. Would only come back here again if I was in a hurry for filipino food.

Great Pinoy restaurant in Lakewood area for the times you can’t make it up to Kent, Southcenter or Seattle. The prices are a bargan for the size servings you get plus it’s unlimited rice. The restaurant is clean and if you eat in you can watch TFC. The owners are really nice as well.

Been looking for a good Filipino restaurant and I found it! I had the sinigang and pinakbet. Delicious! I felt like I was back home. Service was wonderful and people were very nice. Establishment is clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for your Filipino food craving fix! Yum!

We stopped here after waiting too long at the Kko Kko Korean place next door. The owners were extremely nice and the food was superb. We purchased two dinner combos. They were nice enough to give us samples before we decided so we knew what we would like.

My girlfriend and I are always looking for really good quality Filipino food. We have only one Filipino restaurant in the Lacey/Olympia/Tumwater and NOT the greatest. Anyway, we’re glad we found this place. Their eating area is nice and clean. The owner(Moises) was really friendly and served our order and brought them out on individual bowls and plates, just like at home, «family style». Everything was excellent! We ordered the Beef Mechado, Kare Kare(Oxtail soup), Pancit and unlimited servings of rice. We also order their Halo Halo made with«shaved ice». We wanted to try a of couple of other items from the menu board and got the Pinakbit and Pork Singagang to go. That was our dinner for tonight with the leftover pancit and all we had to do was cook up a pot of rice! Next time, we will have to try their lumpia, adobo(which looked really good) and whatever else they have on the menu for that day!

We stopped by Mother Lily’s Kusina on the way to Mt. Rainier to get some take-out for our first night in the park. What a find. For less than $ 20, we got two huge portions of beef stew and chicken(including steamed rice), plus stir fried rice noodles.(The chicken was bone-in, which is par for the course for Asian food — no worries for me.) Don’t be concerned if you don’t know what/how to order — all the food is on a buffet-style table so you can just point to what looks good and they will happily pack it up for you. They do have a small dining area too if you prefer to eat in. Great location, delicious food, plus the owner and his daughter were super friendly and chatty. You should go.
