Mattress Firm Clearance

Worst company I have ever worked with ever. Was lied to by sales person and after he failed to file paper work on a partial refund I will be waiting 26 business days. To receive a refund I was told would happen in a few days. 8 phone calls later and numerous lies later nothing can be done to get me my money. They offer me no delivery charge and a mattress cover. How about you stop holding my money and refund it immediately. Worst mattress company ever. Even worse customer service. Get your act together and hire managers that know what they are saying. Hire accountants that can placate a customer a write a check for a massive error and multiple lies! Would rate a zero if possible.

I just moved to Denver and quickly needed to buy a mattress. After a horrid experience with Sleep Number, I reached out to Mattress Firm given their extensive collection and great prices. Buying a mattress isn’t what it use to be given all the new variations which include different kinds of foams and coil springs. Given I’m a side sleeper, I aimed for a softer mattress. Joshua Smith, the sales associate couldn’t have been more gracious. He allowed me to sample each mattress with my pillow in tow. Given these folks don’t rely on sales commissions, he provided a tremendous amount of knowledge on each type of mattress and warranty. Originally, I opted for a Tempurpedic with the breeze technology. The sleep guarantee came in very handy because a weeks time, I knew this bed was too hard for me. He went to bat finding another mattress from Tempurpedic called the Lux that was just returned and quickly swapped it out for me. i was so happy given the cost of the brand new lux was way out of my budget. Given the sleep guarantee, all mattresses are cleaned within the required guidelines. Also, the wonderful 0% financing is helpful in order to make monthly payments instead of laying out the full amount. I highly recommend Josh and this company. They will match any deal. In fact, I was originally going to purchase from another company but Josh matched all their terms and beat the pricing by 10%!

So it turns out that buying a mattress isn’t as stressful and awful as I remembered!
The guys at Mattress Firm made us feel comfortable (you know, laying on beds with strangers milling about, in public…) and definitely did not pressure us AT ALL. Come to find out: They’re not commissioned salespeople! That, in my opinion, makes a WORLD of difference!
This location has a lot of «clearance» mattresses in the back, apparently all of the last-​year-​model floor displays are cleaned (to some sort of FDA regulation standard, so that’s good) and shipped here to be sold at lowered prices. And that’s great, you can find some awesome deals that way.
We ended up finding a new model Simmons Beautyrest, though, for a LOW price!
It seems as if they’re always having some sort of deal or promotion, $ 100 off, $ 200 off, whatever. Check online and the in-​store prices should match up. BONUS: There is a 100 Day price guarantee AND a 100 Day Comfort Guarantee! (I still recommend you’re fairly certain about the comfort of your mattress, though, because there is a $ 149 exchange fee, which is pretty standard.)
So far, I’m enjoying my new mattress. But I definitely enjoyed the no-​stress, no-​pressure, no-​hassle experience at Mattress Firm.

I wish there was more I could do than write a 5 star review! I want to scream from the mountain tops that anyone looking for a bed needs to head straight to Mattress Firm and see Jason! He was so great and took the time to find my needs and what I wanted out of a bed. The last 2 I bought were horrible and he wanted to make sure that I would have no challenges in the future! He also helped me work within my budget. Do yourself a favor and stop by mattress firm, you won’t regret it… Unless you leave without buying the cocoanut bliss pillow. You will definitely regret that!

We met with Jason and first off, the customer service was exceptional. We ensured that we picked out our perfect mattress. He was very thorough not only in assisting in selecting a great mattress but giving us an unbeatable deal. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I made an impromptu stop at Mattress Firm as we were driving home from dinner. Upon our entrance into the store, a couple exiting at the same time shared rave reviews about their mattress buying experience. They said they’d shopped everywhere for a mattress and by far had the best experience at Mattress Firm that evening.
