Jessie Super is super talented & professional. I’ve come to her twice now with a vague idea of what I want and somehow she turns it into a awesome piece of art. She is very professional, you feel like you’re getting tatted with the cleanest and best equipment & she takes her time to do things right compared to all my other experiences elsewhere.
The shop is clean & the atmosphere is friendly. Everyone I’ve met in the shop is easygoing & I wouldn’t have a problem seeing any artist in there.
I wish I would have came to this shop years ago.

This is my new favorite tattoo shop! It’s super-​clean, beautifully decorated with original artwork hanging on the walls by all the resident artists and owned by a real live rock star! My artist Dave Shull somehow managed to make my 2 ½ hours of excruciating pain bearable by his calm, friendly demeanor and great sense of humor. His design turned out even better than I’d imagined! You know it was an awesome experience when you’re already thinking about your next one as soon as your new one is done. Thank you Dave and Lucky 13!!!

I met Dave at a tattoo convention in San Francisco a few years back, and was delighted to find out that he’s based in Colorado (where my partner’s family is) and is from California so occasionally guests out here. So far, I’ve had 4 big tats done by him, which as Christmas visits and his CA travels allow we’ll be working to convert into a half sleeve covering my calf.
Dave’s a professional and a damn good artist, and I look forward to every time I get to work with him on a new piece.

I’ve only gotten one tattoo here, but I loved it. I think it was Dave who did my tattoo. It was a symmetrical piece and he spent so much time making sure it was geographically perfect on my skin. He was really caring with it all and the ink is great. He was extremely sanitary in his practices; new needles, new ink cups, new gloves, etc. He used gauze instead of saran wrap (which is one of the biggest indicators of «they know what they’re doing» sanitation-​wise).
Overall, I’ll definitely be going back to Lucky 13. I hadn’t heard anything about the place before I went, but I’m glad I took a shot at it :D

I love this shop! Its clean, open and bright! The guys here are all super friendly and just all around awesome! I get tattooed by Jesse Neumann and he rocks! Very professional and an all around very talented!
