I really like jimmy johns usually. But this location sucks. They took my order then called back 10 min later to let me know they cant deliver it. Then informed me that since they already processed the order and since its the weekend I wont get the multi sandwich order money back till late next week.

I have ordered Jimmy John’s for delivery numerous times in a few different areas and always been happy with the sandwiches, service, and incredibly fast delivery. After moving to the area, we craved a sub! We called for delivery at 7:35pm. After having to repeat our order and credit card information twice each, we hung up eagerly awaiting our food. 8:10pm we call because we have never waited in excess of 15 minutes for a JJ delivery. 35 minutes seems a bit much. They assure us our food is on the way and verify the address. It was explained that they were very busy and only had two delivery drivers. Fair enough! We will be patient. 8:57pm and we are nervous. This location closes at 9pm. Where is our food? We call again. The manager immediately takes the phone and explains that they had attempted to deliver, but no one was home. He said they called the phone number twice with no answer. We never received any calls from them. Maybe a technical difficulty? The manager says they still have our food and it will be delivered ASAP. At this point it had been an hour and twenty minutes since we got off the phone from the original call. Without even one apology from them, we felt it appropriate to ask that they refund our money. The manager acquiesced. It is now after 9:30pm, we have no food, a charge on our card, and everyone at Jimmy John’s has apparently gone home. I understand busy nights are tough, but just not delivering someone’s food is unacceptable. Next time I will trust the two star rating on Unilocal

Horrible service when we went there. The girl making sandwiches acted like she didn’t want to be there. Made horrible sandwiches. We took them home and they were inedible. When we called to complain they said they would credit us sandwiches. When we tried to get our credited sandwiches they said it showed no credit. So crappy food, crappy service and liars to boot.

Ok I have never been to a Jimmy Johns that is so freaky slow. No customers before me, waited 15 minutes. Wish I had read the other reviews before, but it’s JJ’s, I have always had stellar service and great sandwiches. I will never go to this one again. The bread was stale and meat warm. Seriously, drive 10 more minutes to be treated well and given a good sandwich.

I don’t know why people are complaining. This place has been prompt in service, they don’t mess up my order. My ONLY complaint, and this is more for corporate, is that you don’t accept tips. I asked an employee here if they had a tip jar, and his response was, «oh, we don’t need tips. Thanks, though!» I’m sorry. If you’re working with the public – if you’re providing a service to the public, who in general are a rough bunch full of idiots, jerks, oblivious zombies, and crusty so-and-so’s, you deserve tips. I’m sure that’s the line he was told to say, but that line is utter BS. TIPJARSFORALL.

Honestly I’ve ordered here for years and I cannot explain how amazing the staff is. There is a woman named Donna and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Definitely order here you won’t be disappointed

I almost didn’t come here because of the terrible reviews, but everyone was polite and the sandwich took about 30 seconds to make. I think the owner must have fixed whatever the problem was before.

The management and customer service at this JJ sub shop is abysmal. On one occasion I got a phone call 30 minutes after I placed a phone order and was told they were out of bread… You’re a sub shop, how the hell do you run out of bread? And the last time I placed a phone order, the receipt was right but the sub and drink were not what I ordered. I had to wait another 45 minutes before they arrived a second time with the correct order and I didn’t get so much as an apology. If anything I was treated rudely as if it were my fault. I now take my business elsewhere.

This location does not seem to value their customers at all. I’ve been to numerous other Jimmy John’s locations and never had an issue with the sandwich I always order. I found myself near this location yesterday and figured I’d give it a shot regardless of the reviews on here. My go-to sandwich is the #9, add bacon, hot peppers on the side. When I ordered this, the immediate response I received from the cashier was«We don’t do anything on the side. You either have it on the sandwich or not at all» to which I told her I’ve never had an issue at any other locations before and got back«We don’t do that here.» She even asked someone else standing next to her(whom she referred to as the associate manager) about if they put things on the side and her response was«Nope.» Not even asking what the item is. I can understand the sauces since they don’t have containers but peppers are easily wrapped in sandwich paper. I will never visit this location again; I’d rather spend my money at locations that actually give a damn about their customers. TLDR: The overall feeling I got was they don’t care what the customer wants and they don’t mind losing business when the customer is unhappy. I wish there was a way to contact the owner of this location because I’m pretty sure they aren’t aware of how horribly they treat the customers.

I got the #13, which I always get because all of the ingredients are very generously portioned(and it’s delicious). Not only was my order not prepared with Jimmy Johns trademark speed, there was half the amount of cheese I normally receive, and they made up for it by adding extra lettuce. The cheese is the biggest component, so I was obviously disappointed. I then went up to the counter to see if I could purchase extra slices of cheese. Not only would they NOT let me purchase more, they weren’t at all bothered that was unhappy with my sandwich. Very poor experience overall, and I will not be returning to this location.

Stop putting mayo on subs that don’t have mayo on it. Seriously, this is like the 3rd time it has happened. From now on I’m opening the sandwich right there in front of them. I often have to check the sub’s veggies also. I usually find browned onions and lettuce. I would take ANY sub chain over this location.

It’s jimmy johns. It has a decent sandwich menu. It’s the same menu that all jimmy johns have. All jimmy johns I have ever been to have always had atleast 4 people working behind the counter. This one is no different. Service was quick and spot on, got exactly what I wanted the way I wanted. Even asked for no mayo on the sandwich to throw a curve ball and they got it right. Ordered a pickle cut in half and even that was done right. Hats off to the jimmy johns here,

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. I was the only person they has to wait on and they still got my order wrong. No one had a smile on their face, instead it looked like I was a huge inconvenience. After I corrected the sandwich I noticed that it didn’t taste as fresh as I’m used to. The turkey was old and I couldn’t finish my sandwich. I will not be back to this location.

I have ordered a few times from this Jimmy Johns now, and I am completely dissatisfied. the ads claiming to be «freakishly fast» are far from that. it amazes me how other JJ’s do hold up to their claims but this one seems to extremely fall short of the name. I would recommend to go to this location yourself and not wasting your time being hungry waiting for the freakishly slow delivery.

Slow down. Maybe I’m a freak, but I don’t care how long it takes to make my sandwich. I’m looking for quality of food. This isn’t a bad place if you want a basic sub made in seconds. Snarf’s or Cheba Hut get my vote.

Took four people to make 1 sandwich and it was made incorrectly twice. I had to return to get a new sandwich and after the sad efforts of a hung over staff and grabbed to crud and bailed. It was my first and only time to at this place. For a $ 10 sandwich it should have been way better. Don’t waste your money.

What’s the point of ordering online if they can’t get it right! And then to top it off I was spoken to as if I was incompetent and lacking any common sense!

After patronizing different Jimmy John’s locations over the past five years I was excited to finally move near one that delivers — and I could order online no less. However this was nothing less than a terrible experience that puts me off the entire franchise. Sure the delivery was fast, but the pickes — supposed to be cut in ¼ — were pickle rosettes as though they couldn’t be bothered to actually cut them The sandwiches supposed to be cut in ½ arrived whole — and none of them with the 2xAvocado spread we specifically ordered to be added. They were willing to remake the sandwiches(which weren’t delivered fast) the delivery person said we didn’t get avocado spread because on the ticket it didn’t show up as a charge, as though this was my fault instead of the system, and they needed the original uneaten sandwiches back to throw away — not give to staff, not to the needy, not for us to keep. They didn’t even complete cutting the new sandwiches, and if that was extra avocado I’d hate to see the regular serving. Don’t GOHERE advise your friends to go to Snarf’s or D-Deli in Golden.(or restaurant of your choice) Always use Unilocal!

I decided to give this place another change after a couple of years. I was correct the 1st time, their sandwichs are TERRIBLE. I just don’t. get why people like this place. The bread is the WORST!!! It’s just plain tasteless, hard and dry. I got a veggie sandwich. As I was eating it I was sure it said it came with guacamole. I honestly had to open the sandwich and low and behold there was this little spread of guac. Good thing i looked or I would have missed it. You want a good sandwich with the best bread then try Taste of Philly. The are a little bit more expensive but well worth it.

I’m not sure what, exactly, makes Mr. John’s sandwiches gourmet. JJ is probably a step or two above Subway. The meat fine, though I’ve noticed their bread is stale and they’re skimpy with fixings. I would appreciate, for example, having more than 2 tomato slices on my roast beef sandwich. Of course, if you don’t get enough food, you can eat the crumbs left on the table. I walked in here and despite being the only patron in the restaurant, I wasn’t able to find a clean table.
