Tried I Phở for the first time yesterday. I had the rare beef and meatball Phở, and my partner had a chicken vegetable stir fry. The Phở was definitely some of the best I have had in Tacoma. The only one that I have tried that comes close is Phở King on Hilltop. The Phở had a great tasting broth that was a little salty, but I still had to add in some hoisin because I just love the stuff too much. There was also a good amount of protein and the bean sprouts were crunchy and fresh. Partner liked his stir fry OK, but said it was kind of bland. He ordered it spicy, 4 star but still needed to add in chili paste. Service was very nice and server offered refills on water. Coconut bubble tea minus the tapioca was outstanding !!

Had the veggie fried rice, the veggie sandwich, and a banana bubble tea all for about $ 20. The fried rice plate was huge and easily could’ve been two meals had I not been starving. Had a taste of the sandwich and it was good enough to save for later. The bubble tea wasn’t that great though — tasted like banana and bubble gum for some reason. Service was attentive and friendly.

I was completely disgusted when I found two cockroaches sitting dead right on top of my pork chops. Still can’t believe they actually served me food with bugs in it.

To me this place is pretty much the ONLY place to eat a decent bowl of Phở near JBLM. I give it a 4 star only because I don’t like the noodles they use(seems like all the phở places have the same noodles too) or what I’m not used to(Different noodles from what I’m used to in Hawaii) but I have tried Phở Hoa(both Lakewood and Lacey… so overrated) and phở Lewis(nope!) and I would give them both 2 ½ stars… no flavor AT all and the noodles were hard. This place is THE only place that will satisfy my craving even though it does not even come close to what is the Amazing phở in Hawaii(Go to chau!!) I always order: raw steak and tendon Phở with ice coffee. wonderful pairing, delicious and perfect for cold rainy days. Price is pretty fair and I love it more that they offer 10% military discount. SCORE!

My last review still holds true. This establishment is still amazing and their food is consistently great. The sweet lady always recognizes my family, my boyfriend, and I. We always have to have some of their Pad Thai because it is the best. The Phở, Bún bò hué, and rolls are also tasty. Still one of our go to spots.

This was my second time trying phở ever, so I can’t really judge theirs. My sister was with me and said it was not that good. I tried it and thought it was good. The spring rolls were tasty. And the Pad Thai was delicious. The service was above average. It wasn’t very busy when we went during midweek lunchtime. Their location might hurt their traffic a bit. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

These reviews are Wack!!! The basal chicken(the waitress’s recommendation) was extremely salty, and was not spicy at all even though I ordered a 5. The bubble tea is all foam/slush. The Phở was decent, and the spring rolls were good, just rubbery. Food came out fast, but never once did they check on us.

Excellent Phở, Terrible Thai. Hey, it’s a Phở restaurant, so just order the Phở. The ‘hot and spicy’ is really good and not too hot. I recommend it! But the Thai food, particularly the Pad Thai, is terrible. Honestly the WORST pad thai I’ve ever tasted. Greasy, unappealing flavor, and very few ingredients. It sucked. But, I learned my lesson and only order Phở. I’m never let down with it.

Cheap, fast, friendly Although there are many Vietnamese restaurants in the area, I keep coming back here for these three reasons. Coming here has quickly become one of my weekly traditions to pick up a Vietnamese ham banh mi and an order of cha gio(spelling?). The bread is soft and chewy and the pickled vegetables are sweet and crunchy. Hell, if a place can provide these two things, they can put a sock inside the bread and it will still be phenomenal. Tl;dr Banh mi = good Listen to my mixtape

This place has excellent broth. The majority of phở restaurants(and I have been to dozens) tend to have flavorless broth, but this is one of the few places where you don’t have to add unhealthy amounts of sriracha to taste something. Good broth is a must with phở, and for that this place gets a good rating. I had the rare beef phở, and it was delicious. Basil leaves were good quality and the extra bean sprouts and jalapenos are plenty. I also tried the pad thai. It was only ok, and I would not order it again. The restaurant itself has a lot of seats and is clean. I would definitely come back for their phở again.

Absolutely fantastic phở joint. Not only are the servings huge and tasty but it was ready in like 3 minutes. The rare beef & meatball was awesome

Interesting menu compared to most phở shops. Had a different selection. The veggie fried rice was not skimped when it came to the veggies which i greatly appreciated. Open until 10 on a sunday so its great place for me!

I got the wonton egg noodle soup with shrimp and pork regular size… and it was huge… and very tasty. Ive always wanted to try a phở restaurant but never got around to it. Was feeling a little under the weather today and some soup sounded good. This definitely hit the spot. Prices are reasonable too. Got my son the chicken and rice… it was huge… at only $ 8…and tried some of the chicken which was good. Id say there is alot more to explore on the menu and we will probably be back.

This is the best phở restaurant in Lakewood. We had rare beef phở with egg roles. Everything was delicious and portions are huge! Clean and comfy atmosphere too.

I am in town for work and I have been here twice in the last three days, once for lunch(today) and once for dinner. Both times I had the #17 because it was so good. The regular size is enough! I can’t imagine getting the large just for myself. I also tried the strawberry bubble tea and it was tasty. Today, my buddies had the shrimp fried rice, and it also looked like large portions. Another one of my buddies had the fried won-tons and the spring rolls. I didn’t try the spring rolls but they looked ok. The place itself is nothing to write home about, but the food is good. I don’t really see anything that sets it apart from the millions of other Phở places in Tacoma/Lakewood/Federal Way though. Still, if you are in the area and have a need for Phở, you can safely stop here and scratch the itch. Cheers!

This place is awesome. We love phở and this place is on the top of my list for a great bowl of phở. The staff is extremely friendly and always close by to fill your water glass or check in to see if you need anything. Tastes broth in the phở bowls and lots of tasty, fresh vegetables in the vegetable phở. My husband and kids ordered phở ha and said the meat was great and broth very flavorful. Pot stickers are delicious and fresh as well as the eggs rolls. Super clean restaurant with lots of parking. You can’t go wrong with any dish. I wish I lived closer I would come once a week!

Huge amount of quality food! Triple the amount of basil and beansprout compare to other places(as in, you get 3 big branches of basil per serving). I opened the togo box and I just wanted to cry in tears of happiness at their generosity. The amount of meat was twice as much as other places. Soup is delicious. I am Vietnamese and barely ever eat red meat, but I really like the phở here. Service is great and place is very clean!

3 stars for taste, 4th star is for being clean and spacious. Ordered phở and pad Thai. They were ok, but nothing that really piqued my interest. Solid standard food. Service was fast and friendly. I would eat here again, but I I had my choice I would make the effort to go to my favorite place. But in a crunch this’ll do.
