I also had to buy an additional pack a pair and which it was Capelli hair that I bought to go with the Paulines hair that I already had and Jackie said that the hair that I bought was no good and cheap in front of me and my daughter which I don’t think it’s necessary I have used Capelli hair for years and it is really nice. She just had a lack and her confidence and ability to do my daughters hair are using Capelli hair and Paulines here because I asked her she can make a closure because over the phone she told me she could but once I got there she told me she couldn’t make a closure and she wanted to use the closure that I had as well and was hesitant then she started bringing my daughters hair and I told her I wanted her to have a side part with the closure and I asked her you know if she can braid the hair so that the closer lays flat to the scalp and she tells me no this is how you do it with the beehive. It was all bad!

She is fantastic! Not only is she great at what she does but she is a great person as well. She is very attentive to my needs and makes sure that I am satisfied with my hair every time. I have her do my sew-​in extensions and I get so many compliments on them.

Ms. Jacqueline is a stylist that I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! I took my 12 year old daughter in to get her hair done because it was very damaged and breaking. Ms. Jacqueline did a very thorough job of asking questions to assess the history of the hair in order to determine the best treatment plan. After that, she did a thorough shampoo and deep conditioning and went to work! My daughter got a press and curl and when my daughter’s hair was finished, it didn’t even look at like the same head of hair — it was stunning!!! When she was finished, I immediately made another appointment two weeks from now! Without a doubt, I have definitely found my new Stylist — Finding Jacqueline is a blessing!

Thirteen years ago I thumbed through the yellow pages searching for a new hairstylist; Jacqueline took my call and allowed me to walk in the same day. She’s been my hairstylist since. She’s extremely professional, punctual, courteous and is not only creative, but knowledgable on the health of hair. Long gone are the days of spending an entire day in the salon.
