Great Clips

Kettie is awful. I went in today for a simple trim. She never brushed my hair or had me put my chin down to get a straight cut. I had to go to another salon to fix it. If you go here make sure you don’t get kettie.

Yes folks, online check-​in really works!
I checked in from home (2 minutes away) and it said my estimated wait time was 1 minute. Walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon, saw my name on the check-​in screen and sat down. In less than 1 minute after I sat down my name was called.
Been coming to this Great Clips for many years. I am always in and out in less than 10 minutes. For the most part, the stylists here are fast and experienced and I usually get the cut I want. In all of my years of coming here I have had probably 2 or 3 bad haircuts. You know the kind… where you get so depressed for about a day because they butchered your hair and know it will take a few months to grow back to where you wanted it to be. Once I told the stylist to take off an inch and she either misunderstood me or wasn’t paying attention and cut my hair down to an inch. I was furious. Luckily that was the only really bad experience I have had here and (fingers crossed) it has not happened since. It all depends on the stylist you get. I can’t really choose a regular one because I only get it cut a few times a year and every time I come back they are different, but I usually do get someone with experience who actually pays attention and cuts it right.
If you’re like me and dread getting a haircut as much as getting your teeth pulled, you can take comfort in the fact that you can feel reasonably safe getting your hair cut here and that is the reason I have continued to come back.

This place is great for a quick haircut. I have stopped by when they have a large line but living in the area I just leave and let the masses wait in line. I have had best luck during the week at day hours. This location allows you to check in online and schedule appointments. I don’t know how well that works because I haven’t tried it like I said if there is a wait when I stop in I will just leave and come back later when there isn’t a wait. The staff is quite friendly and prices are on par with other places in the area.
