I tend to only shop here during extremely good sales. I noticed lately the cashiers are being a little particular about giving the additional discount. Today I bought a pair of pants that were on clearance for $ 49 but an additional 60% off. They came out to be $ 20 I had an additional 25% off but the cashier said «oh that isn’t working right now plus you already got 60% off.» Sometimes I wonder if they just don’t want to give you the additional discount. He didn’t even try to put it in. Yes, I’m happy I got them for so cheap but why not get them cheaper!
Other than that the store is spacious and fully stocked. I only wish the gap kids store at cashier.

There are NO registers in the GAP Kids section, so I walked over to the other side. There was a line. Two people were in front of me. Two customers were at registers, each being helped by an employee. They both had customers with long, difficult transactions… because I stood in line for about seven minutes, and I hadn’t moved. There were still two people in front of me. There were still two customers at the registers doing whatever the heck they were doing. I gave up. It was a really great sweater for my son at such a great price, but I didn’t get to purchase it… because I didn’t have thirty minutes to waste standing in line. Ugh. Where were all the employees?

When I first started working as a teenager, making my own money, this is where I bought my clothes. Talk about great sales! On my first day of junior high I wore a pink striped oxford shirt and grey nubby cords from the Gap. And of course I still buy their excellent scents. These days their sales aren’t so great, but I still like their clean casual styles.

Gap is neutral basic clothing. The kind that doesn’t offend anyone. Except maybe goth groups. I like shopping here during the sales because they mark their stuff really cheap. I’m talking 75% or more! I wouldn’t buy anything retail price here cuz you can get it elsewhere for cheaper.
This store is spacious, divided in the middle for guys and girls. Plus connected entrance to kids store. The sales people are friendly. If you find something damaged and you still want it, you can ask for additional discount though it means final sale. It never hurts to ask, eh?
