I called in for a single entrée to be picked up. My call was not answered for about 5 minutes when finally a female manager took my order in her office. After I ordered I asked for my total and she said she needed to put me on hold to go up front to see what my total was. I was on hold for about another 7 minutes. I show up 15 – 20 minutes later to pick up my order expecting to see a busy Denny’s for being on hold twice for so long and low and behold there’s one maybe two customers in the whole building. There were two black haired waitresses working one was on her break sitting at the bar to the right and the other was behind the hostess desk. My order was sitting on the counter and neither offered to help me. The female manager had to come all the way from the back and come help me!(I assume saw me on a camera system) She continued to rush me out the door quite rudely. If you ask me the place could use some better management and some CUSTOMERSERVICE

Horrible service! There was only three people eating and the waitresses were chatting and I never got a refill the entire time I was there even after asking for one.

Came here on a busy Saturday morning. We sat at the counter hoping to see the drama between the wait staff, but it was better. The manager was so friendly he made his staff laugh the whole time making our experience a blast! Even with the busy Saturday crowds and the din they weren’t slow by any means. The food was flying out and they all helped each other! The kitchen staff was well respected by their waitstaff and manager. An older man sat next to us, they all knew him and called him by Mr so and so, it was so great to see. We had a great tasting breakfast and great entertainment! Sit at the counter, you won’t be disappointed!

The food was ok; the service is good with the waitress being attentive to her tables. My Short Stack top pancake was crusty on the bottom and should not have been served to a customer. Comparing the Ultimate Skillet to Village Inn’s Ultimate Skillet the difference is in the size of the sausage at Denny’s with one large sausage served as compared to two smaller sausages and two rashers of bacon at VI.

I get that I arrived a little later in the night but fucking really? The server couldn’t remember anything that was going on, gave me regular room temperature fries instead of seasoned fries and there was a demon baby on a leash screaming in the kitchen. Maybe if I was I was possessed I might have fit in and had an ok time but I wasn’t so yeah 1 out of 5

Service is good not excellent but better compared to other Denny’s food is good only reason I give 3 stars is because they messed up on my eggs they took care of it though which I’m glad they did. I would say is just an average Denny’s

What a disappointment! After busy work day/week, I thought I’d treat my son and myself to an evening meal last night. I’ve been to a number of very satisfactory Denney’s locations throughout the years, but this one horribly missed the mark. Our server was nice, so that’s one mark in their favor. However, when my T-bone arrived(I’d ordered it medium rare), it was over-cooked. I sent it back, but never got an apology(and I was starving by this time!). The next plate put in front of me by the manager – about 3 – 4 minutes later – now had ICECOLD meat! My son was finished with his meal by now, and I just decided to «call» this evening with a take-home box. Again, no apology; in fact, the manager was terse and dismissive in her treatment of us. So, I took my steak home, and the whole experience was redeemed by my son pay-frying it. At last, a decent dinner.

Came in about 1 am. Wanted to order a dinner that comes with a salad. Sounded good, but they were out of salad dressing… odd. Always had the privilege of listening to Spanish music blaring out of the kitchen.

Bree was our server. She was very nice and attentive. Bree was very respectful of our time with regular beverage top offs and correct in her order fulfillment. I have a general liking of Denny’s as a whole and have a bit of disliking for those who complain about food quality and length of time waited. It’s Denny’s, you want a five star experience? Go to Shanahan’s. You want to spend $ 10 at a sit down restaurant… You go to Denny’s. Do you go to football games and complain about the noise level and the abundance of people? You don’t, why? Because it’s the nature of the venue. Know your venue set correct expectations. Good for you Denny’s. Keep it up!

I wish i could leave negative stars. If you want bad service come here. Reasons I’m moving from this liberal hell hole shitty tiny meta city Denver. So we had Sara H as our server, and we couldn’t get a drink or our order in for 15 minutes to save our lives because she was completely focused on a group of stoned early 20 tourists blowing up their parents credit card. I’m a local. Fuck you tourists if you read this, please move somewhere else, nobody wants you here. You’re not meant to be in co trust me. If you were, some magical force will pick you up and drop you here. Until then, no. Aside from the lack of help and being thirsty constantly because Sara hasn’t served long enough to check on people’s drinks, she closed out our tab before we were done to hurry us out, and when we were leaving asks us «how much do u want to tip? «2 dollars bitch. You give shitty service, you get a shitty tip. We shouldn’t have tipped at all. Over all this is the 3rd time I’ve had bad service here. Each time has involved poor service, or poor service with the combination of a shitty attitude. I recommend locals, and even people staying at the 8 hotels In the area who desperately need to go the FUCK home, to go to Santa Fe and go to breakfast king. Old school place with much better food and people about 10 minutes away. After you eat there if you’re not a Coloradan get the FUCK out of here.

Horrible service… We had a party of 10 and my cousin never got his food. Sides were missing and the waiter never came over to ask if everything was ok. When we complained to the manager the dishes were removed from the bill and nothing else was done about it. I know it’s Dennys but expected better service. Never again

I understand it’s just Denny’s and i shouldn’t expect a lot, but when the picture clearly shows green peppers are in an omelet you should put them in. I shouldn’t have to send it back and you shouldn’t argue about it. Even when it’s not busy, it takes forever to be greeted by the waitress. One waitress tells you the caramel coffee is free refills while others say no. At least the coffee is better, used to be so nasty.

Can usually get in relatively quickly, even on Sundays. Or maybe I’m just lucky on when I arrive. Food is typical Denny’s fare, and service is hit/miss depending on who you get.

Seriously the worst Denny’s ever! The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because our server was actually very nice and courteous. Maybe it was the late hour, maybe the the cook sucked? I’m leaning towards he/she should get a new job.

This is not the usual Denny’s that we go to, but we decided to hit it up since they offer wi-fi(pretty sure this is the only Denny’s I’ve ever seen with wi-fi… would be nice if the rest of them got with the times). And pretty much anything good I can say stops there. I’m only giving two stars because a brief chat with our waiter toward the end of our visit partially made up for some of the frustration we experienced. Otherwise I’d only give it a one. Or less, were it possible. We were seated immediately and received drinks right away. We then waited a good 20 minutes for someone to come back and take our actual food order(it was –not– busy, just a few other tables consisting of very few people.). Our waiter was rushed, trying to anticipate what we wanted, and tried to talk me in to getting something I did not want(I’d asked for something that came with what I was ordering to be omitted, because it is something I do not eat, and he seemed to think I was joking or something). The food arrived quickly, surprisingly, but both orders were wrong in some manner. It was obvious that the item I’d asked to be omitted had originally been placed on the food and then removed, since a small bit was left behind and the remaining food all tasted of it, making it less than appealing. I had also asked for onion rings and got fries instead. My girlfriend’s order was missing items(like, I mean items that were listed on the menu as being part of the skillet she ordered) and she did not receive her side. When asked, the waiter told her it did not come with a side… but when taking her order he specifically asked her what she wanted as a side. He did bring it to her and did not charge any extra, though. He was good about drink refills. As we’d been there a bit, using the internet after we’d eaten, we decided to get dessert. They were out of everything we wanted. They were also apparently out of a lot of other things, we found out from our server, who I think was doing a remarkable job of not going completely insane(I know that look… I worked food service for longer than I care to admit, and there are times that make you want to jump off the top of the building, be it because of horrendous customers or horrendous management or both… cut your servers some slack when conditions are less than ideal — 99% of the time they’re just as frustrated as you are, if not more so.). That was around the time he started telling us that there were only two of them(apparently the person who had seated us had left) and they had to handle all the order-taking, serving, AND food preparation, so it was amazing they were able to stay on top of things, even if they were getting a lot of it kinda wrong. We managed to be able to order a sundae pretty much how we wanted it(they were out of the Oreo topping… we survived though, so it’s all good). Our server did not charge us for it, nor did he charge us for our drinks. He was trying to make up for the rest of the night being such a mess. I can’t blame him though; it seems as though this location is pretty poorly managed. I can empathize. It was very dirty in general. What they need is to take a day and just close down and use that time to scrub that place top to bottom. It’s really pretty gross. The bathroom was downright terrifying. I might, at some distant point in the future, return here just to see if anything has improved. I can say with certainty that it won’t be anytime soon though.

I was surprised the restaurant wasn’t busier during the prime breakfast hour. At any rate, I enjoyed the casual atmosphere and reduced noise. The service was decent and the food was okay, nothing spectacular. My plate was loaded with eggs and hashed browns, which was nice. I was really craving biscuits and gravy, which I ordered with my meal, but the gravy was bland and disappointing. The sticky bun French toast, which looked so good in the photo in the menu, was also a let down – old, dry, and not at all like the French toast I used to know and love from Denny’s. No wonder I’m a Village Inn girl now.

I haven’t been to a Denny’s in a while but I’ll always have those found memories of being a 16 year old, know-it-all high schooler chilling at Denny’s until 3am. After coming out of a late movie on a Sunday night, our dinner options were severely limited. We decided to head to this Denny’s and we were quite surprised. The interior was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly, and the menu left it hard to make a final decision to order because it all looked pretty good. The menu was affordable and had a good mix of new items and old classics. Bottom line: With the typical Denny’s characters to be expected, for about $ 15 we walked out satisfied and full. We will definitely visit again some day.

This place needs help in management. I have visited twice in the last week during late night hours and both times they were out of condiments. Last week they didn’t have any Caesar dressing. Last night they were out of sour cream… making my quesadilla rather unappetizing because the salsa they serve is garbage. I was not told they were out of sour cream until after I ordered. Additionally, the restaurant seemed rather busy(for 3AM) in the morning. There was an employee eating at the counter(something I find inconsiderate) that would help at times, but never saw her wash her hands. Something else I can’t stand is that you verbally have to tell them how much to add for a tip. That is inconsiderate beyond belief and it shouldn’t be something you have to do verbally. Don’t bother.
