This place used to be good. Ive endured a few changes of ownership but when they changed managment this last time it was a bust. I gave them a few chances trying to be fair. This last time was AWFUL.
I should have known when there was only one lady working on a Friday late afternoon– I strolled in around 3 and it was dead and she was playing elevator music on her laptop, it was horrible. I even asked her to turn on the volume the TV which was on mute but she kept her music on the whole time. It was excruciating. But I dont get the chance to treat myself often so I continued against my better judgement.
I was 5 minutes into my service when someone else came in wanting a full set and the lady quoted her 45 min which the customer was OK with but she proceeded to rush through my service doing a very sloppy job. Not to mention that she spent all of 30 seconds on the massage portion of my pedi (I timed her) so she could rush thru and get to the lady waiting.
The added «bonus” — they jacked up the prices since the last visit. So NOT worth it.
I was very disappointed. I’m always one to give chances, things happen… but sadly, I will NEVER go back there. Like I said– I don’t treat myself often… this was a huge letdown and I’ll have to get another one somewhere else because the did such a shoddy job.
Don’t waste your time and money here.

I love Bebe Nails. This was my first time coming here. I originally wanted to come on Saturday but I didn’t want to wait so Ivory let me come in on a Sunday which was very convenient for me. The salon was clean and they had a lot of gel colors to choose from. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be coming back. I got a Shellac mani/​pedi and I’m happy with how they both came out.

Great place. They were a little quick on the massage and I really don’t like when they use gloves but overall the technician did an awesome job. I’d be back for another pedicure for sure.

I’ve been going to bebe nails for years. All the way back to when they were ivy nails. Nice techs, friendly clientele, clean, very reasonable prices. My only negative comment is that they have a frequent turnover of techs and just when I learn names and get attached to them, they leave. Otherwise, I love this place.

Love this place. One of the only places I have returned to multiple times. Ask for the owner. Prices are great. Place is not to fancy but very clean. For a shellac rebase only $ 28. Everyone that works there is super nice and they make an effort to remember who you are and what you like.

Please tell me how I can point at a color board for gel nail color, have a different color put on, tell them it does not match. Pick another color only to have them start application again to not have the right color. I point it out the color on my nails is not the color on the nail color board and they argue with me that it is the same color! It had already taken over an hour so I just ended the misery. Never again!

I found this place because it was the only place open when I wanted to go one day. They are professional, accommodating, and this is by far the best place for shellac. My shellac stayed on for four weeks without a chip! I have tried several places and they are by far the longest staying shellac. I also got my toes done here and again, looked beautiful for four weeks! HIGHLY recommended!

This salon is not fancy, but I found the staff professional and charming, and my nails look great!
I purchased a Groupon on a Saturday morning for a Premium mani-​pedi. I called and easily made an appointment for that day. Call and make one, because they are busy. The pedicure was very nice, and the technician did an excellent job on my rough feet (thanks to my snowboard boots!). The polish looked great too. Another technician did my manicure, and offered to do gel polish for $ 10 extra. The salon I usually go to charges $ 15 – so I gladly accepted. That was also pleasant, and the polish looks really good.
When I was leaving, the second tech offered me 2 more coupons good until the end of March. That was great, because often if you use a special, the salon doesn’t want you using another special next time. I’ll be back for sure!

I was very impressed with their low prices, nice atmosphere and service. Only $ 25 for shellac/​gel manicure. $ 20 and up for acrylics and $ 22 for pedicures — they actually massaged my legs instead of just rubbing in lotion like everywhere else. They do need more shellac color selection but as far as paint and acrylic had great designs and color selection. I did get cut twice with the electronic file so they lost the 5^th star.
