No one on site have to use a kiosk when you talk to a live person through the kiosk they are never any help and can’t or don’t have the correct info to help your needs. Bill past due by a day or two tough for you because you are locked out no matter what until everything is current. Have given my 30 days and will NEVER recommend to any one!
