Last Friday, I filled in gas at pump#2 with medium grade gas. Apparently the sensor at the pump did not work properly causing the gasoline to overflow the tank and stain my car, some overflew to the cement as well. Because on that day the road was wet, only the stains on car were visible. I reported this to the employee named John who later came to the scene and inspected the case. To my surprise, his response to me was«This is nothing big, the only thing I can do is to give you 20 cents refund.» I was shocked by how rude he was in giving me that kind of response. As a loyal customer since 2010, in a case like this, I am not after the money. I was expecting an apology and professionalism from the Kwik Trip employees in handling the case. I escalated this issue to the manager Anita, who quickly solved the issue by offering me a free car wash in another Kwik Trip location. Overall, I am satisfied in the end. But a quick suggestion for Kwik Trip: train your personnel who have attitude problems like John.
