After about two months into my membership I called to cancel. I was told it would a month or something I don’t recall I do how ever remember them saying it will be sad to see you leave and offered to suspend my membership. Many months later I get a email saying I am behind on my payments. Yes that is because I stopped payments due to they never cancelled my membership. DO NOT GO HERE they are very rude over email they want me to be current with a bill I should not have had because I thought my account was done.
Now I am going to be in collections but I have never even worked out there once. I wished I could give them a negative star.
I need to file a complaint against the BBB as well

Nice little gym… Get in, get to work, get out. Nothing fancy and the price is nice for family membership with kid care.

Nice crowd and nice staff. The equipment is good for me to lift heavier weights. I usually work out here when I visit MN on sales calls. LA Fitness wants $ 30 for a one day pass and this place only charges $ 10.

This is a small facility and they pack as much in there as possible making it a very crowded place to work out. The space and the equipment is outdated and the don’t have wifi access. I signed up for an offer through a Star Tribune Steals to get 2 free personal training sessions. which were a joke. There are definitely better clubs in the area.
