Just a good old fashioned coffee shop. Good food, service and prices. We actually prefer this place to the other two breakfast restaurants here in town. Clean and simple. Oh, the omelettes are great !

Recently went here and was disappointed. The waitress was rude and never offered us refills. If your trying to be healthy this place isn’t the spot to go. Everything is covered in grease«breakfast» and the bread was soggy with butter so I couldn’t use it for dip eggs or toast. We ate half of our meals and left. 30 minutes later is when the regret really kick it. Use to be good back in the day. No so anymore.

I used to work nearby and I came here every morning for breakfast and coffee. Their coffee is my absolute favorite. It’s delicious. Doesn’t need anything but a dash of cream and sugar. It’s always perfect drinking temperature and has a great robust coffee flavor. The biscuits and gravy is exquisite. I’m always hunting for authentic Southern gravy with good flavor and this place hit the nail on the head. And to top it all off, the bacon is thick and flavorful and even more delicious if you dip it in the gravy! It’s a nice little small town breakfast joint, stop by if you ever get the chance!

Perfect for breakfast, better than the other spot in town(Renee’s). Tried the Bacon-Avocado-Cheese omelet! Yum! Large portion. Had regular-style hash browns on the side and I got pancakes as well.(Which is not offered as a side but they obliged me with a small up charge). The orange juice was very tasty and no pulp(I hate pulp) and the coffee average, but did the job. My hubby got the hamburger patty with eggs over easy and home fries(like hash browns but with hand-cut potatoes) and was very pleased. This is a popular diner with locals and fills up fast. Service was friendly. It’s a tiny place in a strip mall, so keep your eyes peeled when driving through town.

I like this place because it was the first restaurant I ever ate at in Lakeport. It is very small town homey. The waitress that served me was older. It’s on the other end of Lakeport from where I live so I don’t go there that much now. The last time I ate there it was kind of disappointing, the place didn’t seem as clean as the first time. There is another casual restauarant across the street from me with a better menu and better food. But it’s ok.
