It’s Cici nothing fancy. My kids and I come in to eat/drink and when we were done left. The staff did there job. The place was clean.

My wife surprisingly offered to dine in at cici’s, but it may be the last time. The price was about $ 12 for the both of us with water cups. The only benefit is having the option to eat multiple kinds of pizza in one sitting, but I would rather get a $ 5 pizza from Little Caesars. The quality of the pizza wasn’t bad at all and they weren’t sitting out for long before they were replaced, but the 2 star comes with a warning about the lack of cleanliness to the restaurant and bathrooms. The bathroom was disgusting and the soap dispenser was missing the top lid, thus exposing it to a random child, teen, or adult putting random stuff or nasty things in it. My wife said the women’s room was just as bad. The restaurant was loud and pretty messy. It took me over 5 minutes to fill up 2 small water cups because the pour was more of a drip. A worker looked at me and continued on his way without helping or fixing the problem. I had to tell my wife to sip on her water because I didn’t want to go back, lol.

#292 Once again I offended the pizza gods, but it’s not my fault. When you’re trying to please twin 5 year old grandsons, well the sacrifice must be made. For $ 5.99 for adults, less for kids, you can gorge yourself full of crappy pizza. The kids love it because they can help themselves. I do have to say that the deep dish stuffed crust is probably the best. The cinnamin buns aren’t half bad. I try to fill up on the salad and take solace that the kids are having a good time. This location is no better, no worse than any other Cici’s.

Came here around 9:00pm. Food wasn’t bad. Employees were rude and used bad language when I had four of my niece and nephews. One employee in particular was pretending to mop the floor while she was talking to her friend and as I passed by to fill my soda I heard her say to her friend«you know what I hate? «When I’m doing in the middle f doing something and people don’t give a f – k» Well considering she wasn’t actually mopping the floor very much and was talking I figured why can’t I walk past her the place isn’t closed and there weren’t any wet floor cones but apparently that set her off. Using that foul language at a family restaurant is not okay so I told the manager and the manager talked to her. The girls response was I don’t care I’m not scared of them. Great attitude huh? I left with the kids and one of my nephews forgot his bag inside so he ran in to grab it and when he came out said to me «Aunty that girl with the mop in there was talking bad about you» I turned around and she was talking to another employee pointing at me giving me dirty looks and etc. Unbelievable. This is not an environment for kids or families or anyone really if you don’t feel like coming across poor customer service. Clearly her manager talking to her wasn’t taken serious because as soon as we left she was talking about us. Sad, truly is. I’ll never return and I don’t suggest anyone else does.
