America’s Best Cuban Sandwich Shop

Ive been here… and it’s definitely NOT the best Cubans Ive had. The bread was super hard and cut my mouth. The sandwich was also super dry and tasteless. Nothing against Asians, but Im gonna stick to real cubans making my sandwiches.

Been here before and had the best black beans and rice I’ve ever had in my life. Truly delicious and could not stop thinking about it for weeks! Came here today, and ordered the soup after months of wanting it again, and it was DISGUSTING. It was a big, pale, grey, gloopy, cold mess with some rice and beans mixed in. The Cubans are average, the bread is delicious though.

Really great sandwich! Counter service only. Cash preferred. That stated, the store needs a good cleaning, decluttering and a refresh. No restroom when we were there.

Great food and nice service. It only took a few minutes for them to make our order. The place was not the cleanest but the food is definitely worth it! The Cubans are delicious. Highly recommended for take out.

I’ve been coming here for years. This place makes a great cuban on fresh Cuban bread AND they deliver! I typically run out in my lunch break and never have to wait more than 5 – 10 to have everything and walk out the door. I love it!

Long story short, I had to go do laundry at the Laundromat next door — so figured might as well grab a bite to eat so I can grub on something while watching the clothes spin clean.
On the way there, I decided to call and see what time the shop closed. The owner picked up and said hello (no business name) – so yes I had a brief moment of confusion but just decided to go for it — -I asked what time they closed. She responded she was there now and I could place and order if I liked (ok I was hungry, so that sounds like a winning situation).
I ordered a Cuban sandwich (it comes in 2 sizes regular and large). I figured hey — go large or go home — besides I could just save the rest for later. Told her I was about 10 mins away. I got there and the sandwich was still toasting in the sandwich press.
The sandwich was huge! The ingredients were very fresh and tasty. I thought for the price there was a good amount of meat/​veggie/​bread ratio.
3 stars for the tasty sandwich, and 1 additional star for randomly making me food when I was hungry! Woot Woot!

I came here for the first time in years the sandwich has very good flavor but was lacking in meat and vegetables that I asked for for the price of $ 9 a sandwich I was looking for a little more its okay but could use a little more between the bread
