Family owned company with the idea they can take advantage of anyone who needs their phone fixed.
Example: myself. I gone in to purchase a new screen to replace the LCD screen on my iPhone 4 version. They sold me the wrong one after i mentioned i do not want the AT&T iPhone screen multiple times. I got home and did half the work. Wrong screen.
Gone back. So i had limited time to wait for someone more experienced to come in 5 hours later to do a simple job. I had to go to work.
So i had no choice to leave it with them cus they would not do a refund.
I had to have my mom pick it up.
They promised lower cost for the inconvenience.
So after work, i go to pick it up. They had kept the case i had left with it, they over charged my mom for the pick up and service (at this point i have paid 125 $ for a job that costs 50 $)
Im missing parts in my phone, my screw is rounded so i cannot take it apart with ease.
I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE.
Woodfield Mall i highly recommend. I have had great service and great deals from there.
