I brought this deal on Groupon. A caricature for 2 people was at $ 29 + $ 5 of shipping. The Groupon option also came with the option of reviewing their product before the final product was shipped. When it came time to review the draft which the artist had made based on the template I had chosen, I was not initially satisfied with either the template I had chosen(Bicycle — riding in the woods) nor with the picture I had uploaded to go along with it. The draft picture looked different than what I had anticipated. However at my request DaVinci was willing to change both the template and the picture I had uploaded to go along with it. I was satisfied with the final product as it came back. It was well in time before the 30-day deadline as promised on Groupon and was well in time for my 1st year anniversary as a gift for my wife. She was pleased to get it and now it adorns out living room. Also, the wrapping was great and I now have a ton of bubble wrap with me that I can use for other packing :) As a word of advice — you pay $ 5 extra if you want the review option and I would strongly suggest that you get it.

This was a gift for my fiancé on his birthday. He had just lost his father a year ago and had very few pictures of him that were worth framing. So finding this photo and having it reproduced in a larger format as a penciled sketched not only made it unique but it memoralized his father in a very personal way. He was awe struck to say the least. The quality of workmanship is amazing. The customer service is friendly and professional. This is the 2nd time I’ve used MyDavinci and I will continue to use them again! Thank you!
