Rob was easy to get a hold of and completely fair and competitive in his estimate. He showed up for the inspection early and was very thorough. He means it when he says he inspects as if he were buying. The smallest issue was brought to my attention. He provided reports very quickly for the inspection and radon. I highly recommend Rob.

Rob Bruce was great. Don’t let the lack of recommendations disuade you… this guy is good and through. I did not have any reason to complain and many reasons to recommend. Hands down a good inspector. Knows his stuff and honest, not much more to say.
